Staff was rude and unprofessional. Staff was too worried about their kid running around in the lobby. There was a homeless man in the lobby taking advantage of the couches and being loud. Staff was smoking weed near the back of the hotel instead of helping the other staff member check people in. Also, expedia says this hotel is pet friendly.... it is not. Expedia and the hotel need to actually communicate.

Paid extra to upgrade room to 2 queen beds the room has ants had to move rooms then they r charging me for missing towels that weren't missing and said there was hair dye on a towel and there wasn't my girlfriend spilled makeup and cleaned it up which will wash out but im out my deposit

The hotel had only one entrance. There were 2 security vans onsite for second. That could be due to inappropriately sales a couple a blocks away. The room was extremely small. There lighten was dim, with only small night lights next to the bed. Coffee on the bathroom sink with coffee and towels tucked under the sink in cubby holes. The toilet clogged in the middle of the night. We deffinately don't recommend this location.

I was stranded during the big ice storm at PDX. Very few hotels had availability. Even the shuttles weren’t running. Thank goodness I got the last room here. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was weathered but clean. It’s not in the greatest neighborhood for a single woman traveler but not the worst. It was a great deal.

The outside looks questionable but once you get into the room, it’s fine. The picture on hotels.com must have been taken at a weird angle because it misrepresents reality. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The driveway was completely iced over along with the ramps to the main buildings. They should have sanded it or salted it. For safety. In my room I found used soap and a dirty bath mat left in the shower! There was no bath mat for the floor, no shelf or ledge for my shampoo, soap etc so I had to put it on the shower frame and use a hand towel for a shower mat. There were prices of trash on the floor in the main room in front of the tv stand. The bed was very compfy and the pillows were heaven. TV was huge.. room itself was great! Housekeeping needs to be trained better on attention to detail.

The shower curtain was approximately 8” short so water got sprayed on floor. No shelf in shower to put soap, shampoo, etc. toilet was to close to wall and body rubbed against toilet paper dispenser. TV stopped working our last day due to internet not working.

This place had bugs the room was dirty with puke in the bathroom the remove control was not working and the staff was horrible the worst experience I have had in a hotel

In our records it shows you asked to leave early due to a family emergency due to early deployment. There was not signs of any of the above. We did our best to assist you while here even when you were rude and acted in a very nasty way.

I would highly recommend this motel.
It was great. There were mini waffles that I could make myself in the lobby for breakfast with all the trimmings. The staff was very professional and accommodating. I really enjoyed my stay.

Property wasn’t clean in hallways. Water ran orange for a moment when it first started. Breakfast was not great, no milk for cereal, orange juice was watered down and super warm, waffle mix wouldn’t come out of the dispenser like it was clogged.

This place was absolutely disgusting. There were ants everywhere. The hot water didnt work. The coffee pot was broken. The Tv only has one channel. The bathroom door will only open wide enough to walk in sideways. There are hookers in the parking lot! Very unsafe disgusting place. I would recommend it to my worst enemy.

Hi, We do have a problems with ants, we ask everyone not to leave food, we checked the room we saw no issues the hot water and coffee machine where fine, the Tv had more than one chanel, We did see a lot items left out that would attract ants. We recommended moving you and you refused. It must have not been an issue as you stayed for 3 nights.

Did not realize when we checked in that any stay longer than a day requires you to ask for towels and room service. Any kind but other than that the beds were great and they had a good copy and free breakfast. So pretty decent place to stay for 4 days.

Where do I start… This place was dirty, unsafe, and un-welcoming. There is trash all over the hallway. There was a lady on drugs in a hospital gown without shoes pacing back and forth in the hallway, slamming doors and making noise. Within 5 minutes of staying here I could already tell this was a drug house. The gps location was not updated and led us to a homeless shelter. I will say…the room was nice and clean. The area is terrible, I would not recommend staying here. You definitely get what you pay for and we ended up not staying for the night.

Go some place else. Not worth the price.
Kept following signs for vending machines-but they didnt have any. Corridors to rooms had strong musty smell. Small room without patio/balcony like most rooms had. Carpet in room had several large wet spots-unknown if it was dog urine or they had cleaned the carpets and they hadnt dried. TV would not stay on wall holder and kept sliding down facing floor. Sound from all TV channels was distorted and not coming thru. I was told what a good breakfast they had from the clerk that checked me in. It turns out they only had waffles, toast/bagels, yogurt and orange juice. Very disappointing stay and I wont be back.
