Grant Park is a prime neighborhood in inner NE Portland with pretty, well-kept tree-lined houses from the 1920s. A beautiful park is only 2 blocks away, Quiet, low crime, great neighbors!  
  
Brand-new private basement unit with separate, secure side entrance. Queen bed, large closet, ample other storage. All new bedding/linens. Central AC and central heat. Well-stocked kitchen area with sunny window: Instant Pot, new convection toaster oven with air fryer, electric griddle, rice cooker, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric tea kettle. No range. Cleaning supplies. Onsite laundry (shared). Storage for your bike. Outside sitting area. Free, ample street parking. Fast WiFi and work table. Smart TV.  
  
Walk to four different commercial areas within 1 mile, including the Alberta Arts District and the Hollywood Theatre. #70 bus is 1 block away. Many nearby public transportation options. Very bikeable and near greenways (designated bike boulevards). Bike parking on premises.
