Great hotel! Close to lots of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance. Safe and clean area in Portland. Valet parking as well as affordable parking garages very near. We really enjoyed our stay here, and the movie theater right next to it was fun to grab a late night movie.

Restaurant on site, clean rooms, refrigerator, and bathroom product's that were nice. There was water in the room and fridge was cold already when we arrived. Were able to check in late since our flight arrived in Portland after midnight, and they accommodated a late check out. The early check in made getting to our room and getting to bed a breeze. Will stay here again when traveling to Portland!

Have stayed multiple times and is our go-to option for downtown Portland visits. The room did have a clogged drain in the sink that was an inconvenience, but overall another nice visit.

We were told the resort fee covers the water, drink credits, and wifi that we get at check out. So why are we paying for water daily when we don’t get water replenished everyday? We also pay for drink credits that we have no plans of using? The room is dusty and the bathroom is not cleaned properly. Room price may seem reasonable, but the resort fee is a scam. Will not return to this property. Wanted to pay cash at check out and was told to wait one hour until someone comes in to process it.

It was a place to stay while I was in Portland. Nothing real spectacular. There was one person at the front desk who thought he was the main character while I stayed there. Other than that, I enjoyed my time in Portland.

We ate at the Bistro connected to the hotel and the food was delicious (plus we received a $10 discount as hotel guests). The bathroom in the room is very large with a deep luxurious bathtub. The hotel also provided bath salts---a hot soak was perfect after our day of travel!

Gracious and well appointed rooms (especially the bath and shower facilities). The lobby is a well restored piece of its period with plenty of quiet nooks for intimate discourse.. Front desk staff (A & M) very pleasant and helpful with advice about town.

The property is great and so is the customer service. The only issue we had was that there is one type of pillow: a huge fluffy pillow that neither of us could get comfortable with.

I’ve stayed here many times and usually love it. However, a sticker was peeled off my car while it was in the valet, and it made me question the security and safety of my vehicle overnight. It felt uncomfortable so we checked out a day early. No place is perfect though and every other experience has been great.

The front desk staff was not friendly on check in and when asked about being able to go for a walk in the evening around the property his answer was quite curt. Due to the latge homeless population I just wanted some clarity if there were problems, or does everyone coexist well. We also asked about parking options and he just told us to go figure out the costs - he did tell us two options in the area to go explore though. Maybe we caught him on a bad day.
