Friendly and helpful reception staff. The room was clean and as expected. The mattress and pillows were quite firm and may not suite a traveller with back problems.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. In a great location with a train station on the other side of the street that can take you to and from the airport as well as other places. It’s also within walking distance of a lot of other tourist attractions.

Really clean and overall a nice room. Across the street from the metro station and overall very central and very walkable. Anna made our stay fantastic, she was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. Room was cleaned daily, and everyone overall was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great location directly opppsite metro. Clean room, reasonable size. Negatives were no mini fridge, kettle or any other means of chilling or heating food or drink in the room. Fixed shower screen was too short, so bathroom was constantly wet with shower water. The communal coffee machine in the foyer was broken for the duration of our stay. The breakfast in the cafe next door was limited and repetitive, OJ, ham n cheese roll, brioche and lamentably poor coffee. Our taste buds had had enough after four days.

Stay in Lisbon
The staff were very friendly and helpful (let me rest in the sitting area until I could check in). They provided directions to the sites in town and which metro lines to take. The room was great, a bit worn but that what happens with a popular hotel. The facility was located near a lot of restaurants and shops. I will say it was quite an uphill hike from the Alameda station, might want to consider the Saldanha as it is more downhill.

Couple of days in Porto
The Hotel was directly across from the metro station, which was convenient when pulling heavy luggage! The hotel was clean and fairly spartan, which was the reason for the less expensive cost. The staff were great welcoming me to the hotel, as well as, providing directions around town and places to eat. I would recommend bringing toiletries with you as the hotel did not provide much. I would stay there again.

Very Good Value & Convenient
Our 1 night stay was comfortable and convenient, being located right across from the train line that heads directly to the airport. The breakfast was very good, but arriving at say 9:30am just before the end of the voucher option not advised. Luggage storage was stressful but still an option. Very good value for the money we’d say.

Three people in one room, was very tight. The room was literally a double bed and two twins pushed together. Nothing else. The hotel was in a great location. Staff were helpful

The hotel was reasonable price, clean, friendly staff, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay there again. We really enjoyed our vacation in Porto. Beautiful city and people are friendly.

One of the young guys on front desk with blond in his hair was very helpful a series of times answering questions helpfully about laundry close by, hospital, and how to get to the beach . The location was excellent could take train from airport and arrive just across the road. Just enough out of the centre to feel less touristy. Delicious cafe next door for breakfast. We would go back. The hotel itself was a little tired but clean. Great value!

Basic and clean Hotel n a convenient area of Porto. Other than a free coffee bar, hotel offers no other food or beverage service. Rooms are small, clean and bright. Also the hotel’s name is almost in conflict with another hotel of the same name only doors down the same side of the street. .?.

The room was amazing, very clean, nice and cool for the summer heat and the bed was comfortable. The balcony wasn't the best in terms of the view but it was alright. Definitely would stay there again

Good allrounder, staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, equipped with aircon, bathroom nice and showers good pressure, large tv, towels, beds comfy (pillows a bit like bullets - but you can't have everything!) breakfast was very good too. I would recommend it!

Easy airport transfers
Very convenient for metro and airport. Clean modern hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast served in cafe next door, good quality food but same set meal served every morning so a little repetitive. Family room faced main road so could hear traffic through double glazing. Would stay again and recommend the hotel.
