“Two reasons you should consider this hotel but many more reasons not to book!
Good things: the spa and restaurant staff are great, and the location is exceptional but they’re many other hotels next door.
Bad things:
- unfriendly receptionist: the receptionists were not attentive and friendly throughout my 3-day stay, especially the one who checked me in. I just looked at the other guest comments, it seems my bad experience was not unique to me.

“Das Personal war super nett! Das Apartment war sauber und die Ausstattung voll ausreichend. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt gleich gegenüber, wo man alles findet was benötigt ist. Zum Zentrum sehr nah. Uns hat das Hotel überzeugt. Falls wir nochmal in Porto sind, wird definitiv das selbe Hotel gebucht. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! ”
