Very decent, well equipped one bedroom apartment in excellent area. Close to everything, but on quiet street away from the city crowds and noise. Easy check in and communication with nice and helpful staff. A lots of breakfast and dinner options nearby. Historic and picturesque Bolhao market is few steps away. And thanks to the well equipped kitchen, you can always prepare breakfast or dinner on your own.

Good location, very near Rua Santa Catarina and Mercado Bolhão. The apartment is cozy, needs better cleaning (had a spider net near the bed) and also filtration (water damage) that needs repairing. The neighbor from below was in a mood every time we passedby and would come out mad. Besides that the property is great, staff very nice and gave good explanations for check in and check out.

The staff was outstanding. When we first arrived the AC didn’t work. Bruno came over & fixed it right away. The sheets in the bed were great and pillows comfortable. We were very dissatisfied with the main bathroom. Tile Floor and shower were not that clean. The lighting in the hallway was out the entire stay, which was unsafe when trying to navigate a 3rd floor walk up. Aside from that the apt was decorated beautifully. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. We had a lovely stay in Porto and definitely will return.

Wonderful experience
My mother and I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We were made feel very welcome and comfortable. The customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Probably the best of its kind in Poro
Whenever i come to Porto i stay at this facilities, calm street, parking although its paid is next to the door, the apartment is top of the line, extremely well clean and kept, deco is modern and minimalist, all the conditions for having a pleasant stay for a night in business or in holidays. The check-in and check-out is made by whatsapp and couldn't be easier. I will go back.

Very good service
We arrived a bit early and contacted Marco to see if we could leave our luggage. He was more than happy to meet us at the apartment before the scheduled time. He took time to explain all the details of the apartment and told all about the area and Porto. It was worth it. We will use this apartment every time we return

Very bad stay.
Very disappointing : A technician came to fix the hot water and open the room with a key when my wife was alone, Air-condition did not heat the room. Internet was very weak. Bad smell from bathroom. Location was excellent.

As always, he knocked on the door for 3 times and waited for someone to open the door. Nobody opened the door. When this happens we enter carefully to check. Very well decor apartment, fresh and clean. 1 of our top 3 stays in our 18-days Euro trip! Me and mum are well taken care of from the moment i booked the apartment and during our stays, the pre-trip communication with the staff are very detail and thoughtful, that makes us feel like home in Porto. The only issue was we didnt expect to carry our luggages to walk up the long stairs to our room! Luckily the driver arranged by apt are super nice to help us carry them all the way through ! Otherwise it would be extremely challenge for me n mum.

The staff and service was incredible, especially since we can compare it with apartments in several countries. The only problem was a rain leak in the bedroom corner that created bubbling paint and slight mold. But the rest of the amenities were outstanding

This is a great place to stay - staff are very helpful when you need them, but leave you alone if not. The properties are very private - like having your own flat without having to work around cleaning regimen etc

Great communication from start to finish. They couldn’t do enough to help us and made us feel like nothing was too much of a problem. Even down to getting us tickets for a boat trip and delivering them to the apartment. The apartment was exceptional with all the amenities you could think of and location was great to get around the city.

Close to centre, lovely flat with nice decor, loved the snart ohone at our disposal, only thing that could be done better are the dish washing products, clean sponges and cloths would be really good.

The whole flat felt fresh, modern and well looked after. We were greeted by the owners, which was good, but to be honest, their communication beforehand was excellent, so we were well prepared anyway. There is a smartphone in the flat that you can take out and about with you - we didn’t use it, as we can use our own data packages (at the moment!) but I can see how this would be a great idea for US, Canadian or Antipodean travellers who may not be able to use their phones. WiFi very fast, and once we realised that the tv needed to be up in the 800s the picture quality was good. Portuguese tv is great because they subtitle English programmes rather than dubbing them. The flat had plenty of space, but it is up a big hill (as is most of Porto) and our flat was on the 3rd floor (Porto seems to chop and change whether they start numbering the floors at ground or first depending on the building). Balcony was just about big enough to get a chair on, and the blackout blinds in the bedroom were excellent. The owners have really thought this apartment through and have made it ideal for our 5 night stay. Porto’s traffic Is horrendous, but the property is at the top of the pedestrianised street so you can get out and about easily...it is also near Bolhão and Trinidade metro stations. The only thing we needed was a tea towel - but there are plenty of souvenir shops that will sell you one of ‘em!

This is a lovely apartment in a good location. Questions were answered quickly, check in process was well detailed and communication with the host was super easy. I'd certainly look to stay there again if I go back to Porto in the future.

Perfect for three adults
We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was perfect for three adults having two bedrooms, and nice to have a communal space to get out our maps and guide books. We tried a variety of accommodation during our 9 day stay in Porto. This is the one we would come back to.

Top notch service
Excellent team and service. Well maintaiened apartment with air con. Most comfy bed/ pillows I have slept in. Bathrooms tiny and no dishwasher unfortunately. Only issue highlighted by others is access (4th floor no lift) not a problem for us but luggage a bit challenging and location of the apartment. A bit far away from the best sights and restaurants. Having said that historic Porto is small but coming back always felt like a long uphill climb at the end of what usually was a long day of sightseeing.

The apartment was beautiful! Very clean and spacious - more than we expected. The pictures certainly didn't do it justice. Lots of space for luggage and clothes if staying a longer period of time. Great location - close to all the sites but not too close it's noisy at night.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, very clean with excellent facilities, superb power shower and super comfy beds! It was ideally located to get around the city by foot and even though being part of a busy high street (although at some distance) the area was very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to explore Porto.

Interesting. This was our first time in this kind of accommodation. We are use to “regular” hotels/motels. You have to be theck savy to appreciate this place as there is no human interaction other than through e-mails or the phone during core hours. Everything went well, but if you had a problem, you could not have just gone down to the lobby to get a resolution. It’s more like renting an apartment than a hotel room. THat being said, the unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable
