When we first arrived, we were given a room in which was occupied by another customer staying at the hotel. We were told that the people hadn’t cleaned the room, mind you the people stuff was still in there. After given the room beside it, we had problems with infestation the whole time, plus I am partially handicapped on my left side so wasn’t able to use the bathroom shower as it wasn’t accessible.

Worst experience ever in a hotel. Holes and cigarette burns in the pillows and blankets. I was attacked by bed bugs all over my neck face and hands.

very poor customer service by Motel 6 & Hotels.com
I had a family illness emergency the day before my planned trip. I, and Hotels.com agents, tried contacting the hotel to request waiver of the cancellation fee (starting ~430p) , given the situation, to no avail. I tried calling repeatedly until 10a on the day of anticipated arrival; I, nor Hotels.com agent could never get a desk clerk. I ultimately forfeiting the 1st night's fee..... I'm very disappointed with the hotel and Hotels.com.....

I didn't like anything about this motel. There were giant roaches, maggots on the bathroom floor and bed bugs so bad that we ended up in the ER where we were told by the Dr to get out immediately.

Property is very run down, No amenities at all coffee machine and lobby, but no cups, coffee or condiments. I suspect drug dealing out of one of the rooms. Very disappointed, expected more from a Motel 6.

The staff was extremely rude. The property was disgusting!! We were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned, when we complained about it we were handed 'clean' sheets and told to clean the room ourselves. We were never given clean towels or a blanket. I wouldn't recommend this place for anywhere

Check-in, Employees, Parking, Location are all amazing. Cleanliness is a bit questionable with stains on sheets, cigarette burn holes in blanket, stains on ceiling and walls, cracked tiles in bathroom, noisy hvac unit. All in all, you should expect to get what you pay for at this Motel 6

The kitchen was filthy, the bathroom toilet looked recently used, hair in the shower and just really dirty. I was pleased there were NO bed bugs or cockroaches.

The place is a little run down. All of the pillows have yellow sweat stains and flat. The floors in the room was dirty. There was no shampoo or conditioner. The towels are very limited and thin/dry. I have better towels to wash my dog. Me and my son experienced bug bits after staying. For $100-ish a night its a nightmare. Spend that extra $30 and treat your self to a place that still has quality in mind. It seems this place only caters to the street workers and tired old men.

Stayed for a weekend. It was ok but definitely needs some work. The ac didn't really work good so if you need ac to get buy this isnt the place. The beds definitely need an upgrade! It was like sleeping in the floor. They was hard as a rock and need improvement asap! The people who ran it were amazing! Overall not a bad place for a short stay but needs improvements!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which results in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
I hate to leave a bad review, especially because the staff were so nice!! I chose this stay because of the pet policy (2 free dogs). However, I was unfamiliar with the location and should have rethought booking at this location. I felt a little unsafe staying here with my dogs and did not once take them out on the property. We drove our dogs across the street to let them go to the bathroom. This is no fault of the hotel but one of the guests in the room above us was screaming late at night into the morning hours and was arrested. Waking up to screaming/ yelling and 3 police cars made for a very stressful night. No hot water at the time of one of my showers and limited towels. The staff is the only saving grace of this review they were nice, polite and professional. I recommend spending the extra $$ if you’re traveling with pets and avoiding this location.

Property was not well maintained. Our shower had hair and mold around the bottom of it. The sink was clogged and would not drain. We did not feel safe staying here so we left and stayed at another hotel.

Sandra the night attendant was very kind & welcoming. The room itself was ok. We only stopped to sleep but the restroom didnt have any shampoo or conditioner . There wasnt a trash can in the bathroom & the water would pool up in the tub. Bed was comfortable.
