"Run down property, Internet does not reach the rear of the building where my room is located. My room is poorly maintained - light over the entry door not working, ligt fixture in bathroom is missing the glass cover (bare bulbs), bathroom counter chipped and not repaired, hair drying unit missing from wall in bathroom; smoke detector missing from its base on wall; light shades all torn, and wall socket plate missing. "
