Perfect location and great property
Large, comfortable apartment perfect for our party of 5 adults. Location is excellent, right in the middle of Old Towne Prague yet on a quiet street. Rached arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and he met us at the property and showed us where everything was and how it worked. Super clean. Comfortable. Highly recommend.

An amazing apartment
Very central location and very quiet. Just a few minutes from The Old Town and even closer to the river and the boat trips. We were there for 4 nights and couldn’t fault the apartment. I had a couple of questions for Rached and he got back very quickly. Would use again.

Pictures and descriptions are somewhat accurate, Ratched was prompt when contacted. With this being basically an attic apartment it has functionality problems ( large wooden beams around master bedroom bed, narrow staircase leading to second full bathroom ). I have experienced hard mattresses but these are in need of upgrading. TV’s in bedrooms and living area but no content to view on them. I know what y’all may be thinking but here is my expectation, while vacationing throughout the day, it is nice to come back to a home base relax, maybe catch-up on the weather or news and get a good night sleep for the next day… this location in its current state almost provided this but is in need of upgrades. Location was quiet, close to a tram stop, 15-20 minute walk to old town center, 10 minutes to good grocery store

Great location and awesome unit.
We stayed here for 3 days and were extremely impressed. Beautiful and updated unit. Lots of space for 5 adults. Location was close to everything. Rachan the owner was fantastic. Extremely easy process and he gave us great recommendations for restaurants close by. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

Overall, a fantastic experience. The jetted tub is broken and the Wi-Fi is abysmally slow, so don't expect too much streaming or other high-use activities.

Wonderful stay in Prague
Prague was the last stop of our family trip; and we had stayed in a few different VRBOs by the time we got to Attick Hastalksa. We had a wonderful visit! Communication with Rached was fast and easy -- he met us at the flat to give us they keys and show us how to use the espresso machine, window cranks, appliances, etc. There's an elevator that goes up to the 4th floor, and then you need to take the stairs for the final floor. The location is central; it's a short walk to lots of restaurants, the gorgeous Municipal House (we went to a lovely concert there on our last night in Prague), and Old Town Square; and Onesip Coffee (delicious!!) and Perníčkův sen (super cute gingerbread shop -- we bought a bunch as gifts) are right around the corner. If you'd rather ride, there's a Metro stop 2 minutes away, but FYI: we had to purchase tickets at the Republiky subway station (7 min walk). The flat is well-appointed with plenty of kitchenware, coffee supplies (bring your own milk), teas and spices, and dishwashing/washing machine pods. The AC works great, and there is TONS of space -- more than enough for our family of 5, including 2 teenaged boys. The old beams are gorgeous; the spiral-staircase-access attic area is funky and fun; and the windows have beautiful views of St. Vitus Cathedral, the Petřín Lookout Tower, and the Metronome. We all enjoyed our stay, and recommend Attick Hastalska!

Great stay.
The property was exactly as pictured. The check in was easy because someone met us at the property and showed us how to use everything. The unit is very spacious and in a quiet building. The location is convenient. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Things to note: there are about 20 steps up from the 3rd floor elevator. The second bedroom has a fan instead of A/C and the spiral staircase to the upper bedroom is narrow so you can't take up large suitcases. This was such a comfortable stay for our family of 5. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location and large apartment
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location where it was just a few minutes walk to everything but just far enough away where it was quiet at night. The apartment was spacious and interestingly decorated. Communication upon checking in was very smooth, and any question we had was promptly responded to via text. Rached was very friendly and made us feel welcome. As some have noted…the elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor, so there is one flight of stairs to climb, although he helped us with our luggage. Also watch your head on all the unique wood beams. But something has to hold the roof up in this top floor attic space, and those beams have been there longer than me.

Perfect location, lovely penthouse apartment
Some good and some not so good... Airport transfer late on arrival, didn't factor for traffic and said our flight, which was on time, was early. However allowed us to access apartment early by way of an apology. Although advert states there's a lift, it does not mention it only goes up to floor 3; apartment was on floor 4. Difficult for a couple of our group. Asked to keep noise down after 10pm, but lift doors noisy and other residents leave security doors to slam. Shame bedroom two does not have an en-suite as the solo toilet is closer to the bedroom that does have an en-suite. Not any hanging room, or even hooks, for third bedroom which accommodates three people. Mirror in this same bedroom would be beneficial. Kitchen/lounge/bathrooms very well equipped and beds comfortable. Third bedroom shower drain a bit smelly. Central location.

December Stay in Prague
My wife and I came from the USA to experience Christmas time in Prague. Since the hub of activity is at the Old Square, we located this apartment. We could not have been more satisfied with our choice. It is spacious, clean, the automatic coffee maker was a dream, AND it was steps from the Old Square! Thanks Rached

Great location and super clean
Great place but a bit hard for us seniors navigating the stairs. A lift takes to 3rd floor but requires a flight after to gain access to apt. 3rd sleeping quarters also up a spiral suitcases so be aware. The location and cleanliness was wonderful.

Great Place!
I wish I could give it six stars!! Owner was great to work with, conveniently located. We walked everywhere but were a few blocks from the main area so quiet at night. It was summer and Prague was unseasonable warm but the air conditioning worked great. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with three teens.

Beautiful Apartment near Old Town
This apartment and experience was one of the best our family has had in our many years of staying in vacation rentals. Rached was a wonderful host who helped us plan our trip coming over from the US, and assured us of a great location and lots of comfort once we checked in. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, with a perfectly equipped kitchen and the most amazing coffee/ espresso ever! So many comfortable places to sleep, and plenty of room for a family. The bathrooms are spotless and the view out of the liviing room windows is a fairytale come to life. What a great location too!! Walk out of the apartment and you are in the middle of great restaurants and shops, and well on your way to Old Town Square. Highly highly recommend! Thank you Rached for making our stay great, and all of your help!

We were a group of 7 adults and the space was perfect. We are in 60s and 70s so a couple of challenges was taking luggage up the spiral staircase and the lift went to 3rd floor so carried suitcases up to 4th. But we did it and it was all good. Rached was very good to work with. Oh we used Rached s contact for airport pickup and taking us to VRBO. That worked out beautiful Location was really excellent.

We stayed here for one week with our family. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! It is very close to several museums and wonderful restaurants and only a short walk to the town square. Evan the castle was only a 20 minute walk. The owners were very helpful with arranging our stay and airport transfer. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again if I get the opportunity to return to Prague.

Spacious attic in the very heart of Prague.
Excellent location of this property to explore all the beauty of Prague. Many restaurants, bars and cafes within 3 min walk. Apartment is spacious and clean. On ly thing to keep in mind - there is a lift in the building but to access the flat you need to walk one floor up, which can be tricky for limited mobility guests. There are two double bed bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, separate toilet and huge kitchen- living-dining area and upstairs there is a room with three single beds ( ceiling is rather low there) with one more bathroom. Perfect for a big family, or two couples with three kids in total)

Wonderful visit to Prague!
The property was perfect for our girls trip with 7 women. The location was perfect for walking to our Foodie Tour, meeting our guide for a 6 hour walking history tour, going to the St Charles bridge, easy walk to a local market. We walked everywhere! It is a beautiful apartment and we loved every minute of it. So fun to see the castle lit up at night from the living room windows! Thank you for everything!!

Perfect property
This property was perfect for my group. We were in Prague for just a few days and the location was central to everything you would want to see, within walking distance. The property was quiet, great facilities and lots of comfortable seating. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to self catering and everything was so clean. Beds were comfy and washing facilities superb. Highly recommended.

Rached communicated well. Apartment as nice as it looks online! Even a distantview of the castle through a window. Really nice "master bathroom." Neighborhood is close to everything but away from the craziness. Would happily stay there again!

Great location but some issues
Both showers had problems and there were no extra linens or pillows. Also, I asked the property manager to make arrangements for us for a transfer to the airport and when I called the # she gave me, in order to ask about our pick up time, I was told that there was no reservation. It was lucky I called the night before as we were leaving at 4 am. The location was great and otherwise this apartment worked very well for us.

I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Prague :-) and I am sorry for the small inconveniences you have had, although I do not see a failure on our part. The shower head is broken by falling, you informed me and it was immediately replaced. The sheets and pillows matched the numbers of people, if you needed more you just had to ask :-) Your transfer has been confirmed, I confirmed it to you when you arrive, I do not know who you called, I think it's the emergency number and this person does not support the transfers. It's me who handles the transfers and I can assure you that yours has been confirmed.

Fabulous stay
Our experience was incredible from start to finish. Rached was very communicative throughout the booking process and the check in process went equally smoothly. I cannot say enough positive things about our flat. It was so spacious and clean. It can be a challenge to find enough space for a family of 5 at times when traveling. We never felt as though we were tripping over each other. The common area had so much room/couch space that we could comfortably spend time hanging out together. This shared space is so important and what makes renting apartments vs hotels our preferred method for accommodations. The kitchen area was large and there was a nice table and chairs. We loved the location as well. It was very near the center of Old Town without being right in all the chaos of all the tourist groups. We spent each morning walking down to a cute coffee shop called Bake Shop. The flat was right around the corner from one of the most incredible Michelin rated restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying called Le Degustation. I would highly recommend this flat to family and friends!

Perfect location
Check in went smoothly with a representative to meet us. There was some construction going on on the street so it was a little stressful unloading our suitcases under those circumstances. But after that it was great. Well stocked- more than you need. Owner/manager were very responsive - when the hot water heater shut off he walked us through in the phone how to turn it back in. We walked to everything from here - the castle, the square, the boat cruise docks! Highly recommend!

This property was amazing for space, comfort, and location. Air conditioning worked well as it was really hot! The apartment is wonderfully decorated and spacious. Maid service came in the middle of the week, a real bonus. Only one downside was the lack of a second entrance to the master bath, one had to go through the master bedroom or upstairs for shower availability of the second downstairs guests. All in all, we had an awesome stay in this apartment in Old town Prague.

This is a super spacious apartment for a group or family.
Easy 10min stroll into Prague centre . The Food Lab a short walk from the apartment is great for breakfast and The Orange Bar around the corner is a super cute cocktail bar. Apartment was well equipped and comfy beds . Definitely recommend !

Perfect Location
Attic Hastalska was the perfect location for our trip to Prague. It's very central being close enough to significant landmarks as well as a bit away from the crowds at the major squares. There are a ton of extremely good restaurants of all cuisines less than 2 blocks away. Check in was a breeze and Vladimir was very responsive with any messages we sent. One of the nozzles for the showerhead was leaking and a plumber was sent within hours to replace it. The lift only fits 1 person with luggage so for the most part we used the stairs. It was good for exercise but if you are not mobile, please consider this. Highly recommended place to stay and we will definitely stay again when we return to Prague.

Lovely apartment, great location!
The apartment was perfect for our family of four and mother-in-law! It was spotlessly clean and our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to any communications. The location was perfect - we were minutes from Old Town square, but felt like we were tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. There is a supermarket a few blocks away, as well as a lovely cheese store, wine bar, good restaurants, and the amazing Nase maso, which meat lovers should not miss! We were able to walk everywhere from the apartment to explore all of Prague. Highly recommend!
