Great hotel just outside Prague city center.
Beautiful hotel. The room was clean and fully stocked. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will plan to stay here again in the future. Very dog friendly.

The hotel is located at a far away distance from city Centre. Staff were indifferent in their behavior, the lady at the front desk seemed little confused. The breakfast was good. Rooms were neat and tidy. Overall average experience

The grounds were beautiful and the overall stay way such a wonderful contrast from the noise of Prague city center. I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve ever had at their wellness center. Food was delicious.

Interesting historical building
The hotel is an interesting old building although not especially large. The grounds are limited in size but there is some woodland very close by but not clearly signposted. It required a bus ride followed by metro to get to the city centre which took about half an hour and cost about £1 each way. Very little to do in the immediate area. The food was excellent although limited options for vegetarians for dinner. Breakfast was a buffet and excellent. There is no lounge area for relaxing and no bar snacks. Limited drinks options. Spa facility is not included and not communal. 10%-15% discount for hotel guests for spa and restaurant. Rooms are cleaned every day. Apples and fresh water provided in rooms and reception. Staff are helpful and polite when approached. All speak English well.

St. Havel Chateau
Place was very nice. The grounds are immaculate. I did not utilize the spa and massage, but the space was very inviting. Buffet breakfast was fine. The shower is small. That’s a European thing. I received a voucher for a complimentary drink from the bar. They offer a full mini bar in the room and complimentary water. The bottle containing the water is a St. Havel personalized glass bottle that is available for sale. It makes a grey souvenir. I would stay there again.

A fantastic property with an amazing restaurant on property we selected because of the wellness facilities, air conditioning, and free parking. Unfortunately the A/C unit in our room was not up to the task and we needed to open the windows to get fresh air, however with the close proximity to the highway, railway, and smoking area out back our night's sleep was not as peaceful as we hoped. Also was surprised that there was a fee associated with the wellness as it had been included with our previous wellness hotel.

A wonderful hotel just outside the city centre.
What a gem of a hotel. Tucked away from the tourist throng of the city center with plenty of parking, an excellent restaurant, bar and wellness facilities too. My room was well furnished and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and prepared to a superb standard. I cannot daily the hotel at all. The staff were helpful and charming. Access to the city is easy (a 10 minute taxi/Uber) and cheap. Access was so easy, I drove in from Brno and the hotel is 5 minutes from the highway.

Best customer service I had in Europe.
Super friendly staff, booked a room with 3 beds, they didn't have it but offer us 2 rooms free of charge. The restaurant and spa was excellent. Free parking.

Good place for couples
Nice hotel, good restaurant. Rooms and bathrooms could do with some airing out on a more regular basis, but for the price it’s very good value. Good breakfast selection, and very convient location next to motorway, which does have some noise obviously. The private spa is nice for couples, beit it at extra costs

Very nice, free parking, good public transportation (infrequent service on weekends), peaceful feeling with some background noise from highway. 8-15 US$ Uber ride from downtown. I’ll happily return the next time I’m in Prague.

Prague experience
Great hotel in a quiet and lovely location. Wellness centre definitely worth a visit Just a little bit too far out of the city centre, needed to get the metro and a bus but the public transport was good.

Amazing secluded hotel!
This hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The grounds and golf area are immaculate; clean and lush green everywhere but the hotel inside is even better! The staff at the front desk, bar area, and wait staff were awesome. Very pleasant and helpful if we had questions or a request.

We were greeted by an awesome young lady who was excited we were visiting. The rest of the staff was ok. They called taxis for us when needed. We did get a free taxi ride at the end of our stay. That was awesome. We probably would not stay there again ONLY because of its proximity to the city center. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.

Though it is a little away from the city, the wellness center makes up for the distance. The staff is reasonably friendly, and if you are looking to have a relaxed time, this is a good place. However if you are looking for a high voltage visit to prague covering as many tourist destinations as possible, the hotel's location will let you down

Chateau behind the railroad.
Very nice place with pleasant staff and excellent buffet breakfast. It is out of way so you need a car or taxi. The only downside is a terrible entrance. A run down gas station and few scary looking building on a hole riddled road. But once you pass you are in a pleasant park.

Had a great stay at the chateau st Havel, comfortable rooms, clean, enough space for 2 and the beds were very comfortable. I do suggest after checking in you request 2 extra pillows

We drove rental car to the hoel so we could not comment on the location from airport or train station. Great restaurant and guests get 15% off. The price is also competitive. We dined in three out of four nights we stayed.

Awesome hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer, this was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip. This is a beautiful hotel that is hidden away. It's a little tricky to find if you are coming by car but very easy to get to by subway and bus from the main tourist areas of the city. The building is lovely, breakfast is excellent, rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Being outside the main area of the city is also really nice after walking among the crowds and traffic all day. The location here is incredibly peaceful for an urban hotel. The hotel covers the shuttle fair one way into the city each day and you can take the subway to budejovicka and the bus from there (covered with your subway ticket.) The bus stop is at the entrance to the hotel so it really couldn't get much easier. Just follow the blue arrow signs on on the ground at the subway station and they take you right to the bus stop you need to get back.

Great Romantic Place
We were very pleased with our stay at this Hotel. The Restaurant has a very delicious menu and a great view. The staff was very helpful,room very clean,and good safe neighborhood.It is a very convenient option minutes away from downtown Prague.

We were allocated a smaller room on our 1st night - place was fully booked mainly due to a wedding at the time. However on request, we were transferred to a much nicer and bigger room for the next 2 nights. Thanks to Adela, the lady at the reception who was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and friendly. Breakfast had good offerings of hot and cold. Free parking, lovely surroundings, happy with this hotel overall.
