Room was large in comparison to most in Europe. Had our college-aged daughter with us, and there was a separate twin bed for her in the room. Were able to store our bags upon arrival so we could go tour the city before check in was available.

Great location. 10-15 min away from town square. 2 blocks away from a train station. 5 min away from a mall. Really good Bistro across the street. Television with cable and YouTube. Staff spoke English and you can leave your luggage before and after checkin in the lobby. Walls are a bit thin, could hear the neighbors playing music and television at times and doors closing.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel. Within a walking distance to most things and Prague Main Railway Station. We were in the bottom floor and I can hear the street sweepers and drunk people outside. Excellent wifi connection and overall it is a pleasant hotel to stay.

Loved it! Close to the main train station, lots of trams in the area, walkable distance to the old town. The hotel and room were clean and warm. I appreciate that my request was considered and I got a room on the higher floor which did not face the road (it was so quiet. Amazing!). I loved the style of the room. There was enough space for one person and lots of storage space to put personal belongings. Fridge and kettle came in handy. The bathroom was spacious and clean as well. Water pressure was great, small toiletries were provided too. There's just one thing that could be improved. As some guests mentioned, there's no bench or something similar where luggage could be put. It's nothing major though. Overall, I loved the place and would definitely come back! Oh, and the staff were nice and friendly.

Can't wait to return. Loved this hotel and the staff. They were very friendly and helpful; the recommendations for restaurants were great (restaurace hybernska especially was phenomenal). The hotel is centrally located and was easy to to navigate. The rooms are very high quality and so to are the cosmetics. The rooms have a kettle and fridge which is ideal. Czech people are also very very friendly and I felt safe as a solo black female walking later at night and earlier in the morning.

The room is quite small and it does NOT come with a single chair in the room for sitting. Bathroom shower water power is strong. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices, including salad and fried rice. It is better to book online than coming to the hotel since they give you a rate higher than online booking. In addition the front desk staff will quote it as euro which is even more expensive.

Wonderful stay.
The Gold was a beautiful hotel, that was able to help us out after we had left our first hotel due to poor standards. The staff were fantastic and always smiling. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. We were close enough to all that Prague has to offer but far enough away to get a peaceful nights sleep.

Great hotel that is close to the central station. The room was spacious with AC; however, daily room service is something you would need to request daily, and we felt they didn’t clean, just put a few things away. This hotel is also a 10-minute walk from the old town square, but if you ever want to get anywhere fast, we recommend taking bolt scooters.

Such a great setting! Fantastic decor, really clean rooms and common areas. Great breakfast which represented fantastic value and an excellent location. Staff all really friendly and the luggage store after checkout was incredibly helpful. Will stay again if/when in Prague.

Great hotel in Prague
Great hotel which looks fresh and clean. I had a double room which was spacious , clean and comfortable. Shower gel and shampoo in the room. The hotel itself was just far enough away from the centre to avoid the crowds but only a short walk in. It was great booking in as the hotel sends you a link so all you have to do is pick up your key. Pleasant staff too. The best thing is that they are environmentally friendly and only change your linens and towels every 3 days but will come in more often if you wish.

Room with only a skylight windows , so a dark without light on . All ok if you just use to sleep in .
