pette maison à 2 pas de la plage
Petite maison toute rénovée et neuve, bien équipée qui se trouve derrière la maison du propriétaire .(il faut passer sur le terrain du propriétaire pour y accéder) Il y a aussi une terrasse agréable et bien protégée qui agrandit la maison. Le logement présente des atouts pour les personnes à mobilité réduite : douche à l'italienne, portes larges coulissantes même si quelques aménagements complémentaires simples seraient bienvenus (barre dans les toilettes, rampe d'accès à la terrasse ...).le vrai plus est la proximité de la plage à 2mn.

Superbe petite maison tres confortable à 2 pas de la plage et de la magnifique pointe saint Gildas. Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances à proximité de Pornic, saint Brevin et Noirmoutier que nous avons decouvert et bien profité de la plage.

La maison est très agréable, propre et totalement équipée. La terrasse est parfaite pour u manger et se reposer. La plage a 50m est vraiment un plus pour cette location. Je recommande vivement.

Avons passé un bon séjour. Très belle location bien située au calme et à deux pas de la mer . Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter de la plage tous les jours . Le fils du propriétaire sympathique est à l'écoute. Location à recommander sans hésiter.

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem Makel
Es handelt sich um eine helle und moderne Ferienwohnung im hinteren Teil eines Grundstücks. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt und man läuft keine 200m bis zum schönen Strand. Ein Nachteil während unseres Aufenthaltes war allerdings, dass das angepriesene WiFi in der Unterkunft selbst nicht funktioniert hat, sondern nur vor dem Haupthaus. Da auch der Handyempfang nicht vorhanden war, hat das unsere Planungen ziemlich erschwert. Diesbezügliche Nachrichten an die Eigentümer blieben leider unbeantwortet.

Belle location à 100m de la plage.
Location bien équipée et propre, très bien situé, dans un environnement magnifique. La plage est à 100m et on peut faire de longues balades à pied ou en vélo le long du sentier côtier, jusqu'à Pornic (11 km). Le seul bémol : la boulangerie et l'épicerie sont loin à pied - centre de Préfailles, à près de 2 km.

Emplacement idéal et logement rénové
Beau logement rénové et accueillant. Idéalement situé à une minute de la plage à pieds ! Le pays de Retz se laisse agréablement découvrir , avec des activités pour la famille situées dans un rayon de 30min en voiture.

La maison est vraiment très agréable, le site est magnifique et avec la superbe météo dont nous avons bénéficié, le séjour a été parfait. A noter, pour rire, que la WIFI et SFR fonctionnaient très bien!

La location est conforme à l'annonce. Il faut savoir que le réseau Bouygues Télécom ne passait pas ou très mal à la location et que le WiFi était parfois capricieux.

Super séjour à Préfailles la maison dispose de tous le nécessaire et plus encore,bien situé à deux pas de la plage le coin est idéal pour les promenades à pied et à vélo paysage magnifique.Propriétaire sympa et avenant.

Très bel appartement
L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien agencé et lumineux. Refait à neuf cette année, tout est pensé pour être robuste et confortable. En deux mots : Très agréable.
