“We had a great time at staying in the cottage in alpena. We came with our 3 year old and had a nice time exploring the city. The house is outside where most of the main attractions in but only a 15 minute drive. We went to the dinosaur park, Connie’s cafe, the old and new light house, the thunder harbor museum and shipwreck tours! There is not air conditioning there so a fan is a great idea to bring. “We enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped with all the necessities. The house has a lot of comfortable seating for larger families. We loved the front porch, it also has a lot of comfortably seating. The location is great, just a few blocks from the park, marina and Lake Huron. Many stores and restaurants are also in walking distance. We brought our bikes and enjoyed riding ariund town and along the shoreline. We would definitely rent again!”
