“We stayed for the weekend and it was amazing. The location was so convienent and located well within walking distance or a short uber ride to activities. The property was so clean and beautiful. It was juat as pictured and we will stay here again, if in Louisville.Communication with the host was amazing, the check in and out process was wonderful. No bad things to say! ”

“Nice condo with great view. Convenient to restaurants and Churchill Downs. We appreciated the private garage. Condo was well supplied. ”

“My three sisters and I enjoyed our three nights at Laura’s place. She was very proactive with communication. There are several codes to know for the parking area and front door, but she explained it clearly.Parking was good with a reserved spot and permit only spot. We did have to use street parking one night because we returned late, but it was only a block away. Very nice area. You do hear bar noise, but nothing more than is described in the listing. Earplugs are provided. Would stay again!”

“The apartment is a two floor apartment. It was very secure and easy walking distance from Whiskey Row and other attractions in downtown Louisville. Our property manager was very responsive and gave us clear instructions on how to access the accommodation. Overall excellent experience!”

“This was the PERFECT location for our little family trip to watch WWE! Walking distance to Main Street and all the attractions, right around the corner from the Louisville Slugger museum— fabulous stay! ”

“The Property was amazing. Perfectly located in the downtown area to have walking access to local establishments. Pictures do not do this place justice. It was better than we could have imagined. Very quiet and easy access to interstate for our daily travels. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Louisville area!!”

“Great location; walk to Slugger Museum, M. Ali Museum and many of the distilleries. Clean and modern set up in the VRBO. Safe with lobby, locked entrance before VRBO entrance. Enjoy!”

“Two couples in for a bourbon weekend, and the Bungalow was absolutely perfect. There was so much space for the four f us and we really enjoyed relaxing n the balcony and people watching before dinner. Would highly recommend this spot.”

“This property was one of the coolest places I've stayed, been all around the world!! The location can't be beat! Only one challenge was the mattress. I would suggest they check it out themselves and consider an update. Would have been a five star review if not for this one and only challenge. “This was a great location a few blocks from the excitement of the Bourbon Trail and waterfront activities. Short walk or easy Ubers. Due to colder and rainy weather we did not get to experience the roof top. My husband has balance issues and he was able to handle the wide spiral staircase. The owner provides coffee/tea included. Then other snack or beverage items are setup on a payment honor system for your enjoyment. Location is very secure.”

“The location was great as it's a 10-minute walk to the downtown restaurants and Distilleries. We were in for Derby week and enjoyed the unit which is in a restored building. Only minor issues were the sound of the foot traffic from the upstairs unit and lack of an iron/ironing board as the girls wanted to freshen up their Derby outfits.The surge pricing was astronomical but normal price per day is very reasonable. ”

“Good downtown area, location convenient for our plans. The loft was great and the uniqueness of the Henry Clay building added value. The property was clean and well maintained and as advertised. The only "issue" was don't plan to sleep late in the upstairs loft BR.... when the sun comes up with all those windows, you don't have a choice.”

“Did not expect property to be so dark. No windows in bedrooms. In fact, Only window was in entrance area. It is all painted black. So if you don’t see well, this is not the place for you. Location is very good. No on site parking. Had to park on metered street. ”
