PLEASE READ DO NOT SEND REQUEST: Please read this first then send an inquiry and include how many people and if you will be bringing pets or have extra guest or be using the property for entertaining and we are only taking shorter stays of 2-7 nights last minute due to Covid-19 cause of lack of shorter stays and Housekeeping we are more focused on a Longterm stays of 1-3 months or more so please send an inquiry first with any questions you may have and if we both agree with the conditions I will pre- approve it !
This brand new king one bedroom condo is located on Federal Hill close to Down-town Providence ! it has a fully equipped kitchen with all premium stainless steel appliances with eat in kitchen the bedroom has a king size walk around bed with night stands with lamps and a 43’’ Roku smart APP tv plus a closet. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa for two adults with a 55’’ Roku smart APP tv plus a full custom tile bathroom with built in hairdryer and large well lite mirror

Great Getaway Spot!
This apartment is right in the Federal Hill neighborhood within steps of amazing night life options. Everything in the apartment was comfortable, clean and in great shape. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot!

Great Weekend Getaway!
Mike was the perfect host. He communicated with us and met us at the property at check in. The location was perfect and we had a well deserved weekend away in one of our favorite cities!
