POOLHOUSE BY GRACE BAY BEACH (Bight Settlement).

Poolhouse with indoor/outdoor living. 3-min walk to Grace Bay Beach's white sands, snorkeling and other water sports.

Newly built unique bungalow with two bedrooms, each with queen bed, each with their own large smart TV, own AC unit.

Living/dining indoor porch (30' x 10') opens up to the large private swimming pool.

Lots of privacy, well secured. Car/taxi required for grocery shopping.

No smoking, no parties. Perfect for a peaceful, private vacation.

Indoor/outdoor living at it's best! The house is minimal at about 1100 sq ft.

This Poolhouse was built in 2019, and is in an excellent location.

Walk down the beach to "Somewhere" restaurant.

Five minute drive on a Thursday night to experience the weekly cultural event "Provo Fish Fry".

It's all about the beach at Grace Bay and/or enjoying your own private pool.

Paradise Poolhouse by the Beach

Paradise
This was our first trip to TCI and we absolutely loved it! The Beach House is centrally located to all options along the island. The best part is, you are a 5 min walk to the most beautiful water and beach. We have been all over the world and the water at Grace Bay is #1. The home has all the essentials you need for a stay. Its clean and its fresh. The pool is a nice option to take a dip in the evening. Judy was a gracious host and we were very happy.

Private Pool was beautifully clean, private lush garden all around the property. Walking distance to best snorkeling in Grace Bay. House came with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, stocked kitchen that we were about to cook most meals. Comfortable beds with tv in each room to watch movies at night as a family, air conditioning worked great to keep bedrooms cool to sleep. Judy, property manager available at anytime and helpful suggesting restaurants and things to do since living on island for 20+ years. Would highly recommend for a family or 2 couples traveling together

Everything provided for your beach trip
It was a wonderful vacation!! Slept perfectly except for some faint loudspeakers going on late in the distance! Just put in your earplugs. Walked 5 minutes down a little construction road to the beach. Or you can drive around the block and park behind Coral Gardens Hotel. Judy had great beach chairs, that carried as a backpack with a cooler built in. Also had a soft-sided cooler and towels. Best calmest beach ever for me! Beautiful white sand and the reefs are right there just as you walk into the ocean. Couldn't have been any better. Snorkeled all day long! Every time seeing something new and the fish I saw every day were phenomenal! Cooked in the kitchen and on the grill. Flies took us over as we grilled but mostly disappeared by the time we ate outdoors. We were even provided bug sprays and such. The can opener was broken and Judy brought one right over. The pool was perfect, spotless, and even had the floats. They clean it every day. This place is excellent! Judy is genuinely a caring person. You won't be disappointed. We hope to be back soon! Thank you to Judy and the staff!

Home away from home
What a great little place by the beach. Judy was so accommodating and helpful. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool is actually bigger and the house is bigger than it looks. It is very convenient to walk to the beach where the best snorkeling on the island is located. We can’t say enough great things about this place! We really enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful home and a perfect location for enjoying the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. Judy was a thoughtful and considerate host. Kitchen was outfitted with all the necessary amenities and more. Private pool and landscaped yard was a peaceful retreat in the heat of the day.

Beyond Expectations
Judy was the most gracious host and made sure that we were enjoying our stay each day we were there. She is soooo friendly and was ready to help us in any way needed while we were there. The property was better than the listing shows in the pics and had everthing we needed for our stay. Judy has just about everything your could need to be comfortable during your stay here. It is a couple hundred yards from the beach with direct access and the the Bight Reef is right there for you to enjoy! We also did a sunset cruise while we were there and the boat picked us up on the beach right in front of Somewhere Cafe which is very close the the house. the location is a short drive, or taxi, to great food and shopping. I would highly recommend getting a car if you will be going places... Scooter Bob's rentals were also amazing to work with for that. Great job Judy! Thanks for the hospitality and helping check another thing off my bucket list!

The house had everything you could need and the pool was the perfect spot to unwind and cool off. The house presented exactly as the pictures describe, very clean. Great stay at Pool House by the Beach
We had a fantastic time staying at this property. Our host was wonderful and saw to it that we had everything we needed at all times. It is obvious that she takes great pride in the property and the quality shows. The location is very good for access to Grace Bay and surrounding areas including the fabulous Smith’s Reef and the Coral Gardens at the Bight. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip. Thank you so much Judy, we will miss you and this beautiful place.

Excellent stay with our young children
We came with our 2 year old and 2 month old and were so happy with this property and host. Given their ages, it was amazing to be a short walk to the beach but to also have the private pool to enjoy with our toddler (and during their afternoon naps - much better than being stuck with them in a cold, dark hotel room). We brought our own travel cribs, monitors and child proofing for electrical outlets. The doors to the pool locked so we could rest assured that our toddler couldn’t get out there without us. Judy was an amazing host, always making sure we had what we need and taking special interest in our kids. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, family or not!

Perfect!
Beautiful property, quick walk to the beach. Judy is a great host and makes sure you have everything you need. If you forgot something she probably has you covered. Felt very safe and is a great part of the island. Very new and modern, pool is great and super clean. House was spotless. Perfect location a short walk from Grace Bay. Very clean and space for small family. Great to have a nice pool for our younger two kids (4 and 6) to play in when they wanted a break from the beach. Host set a new bar for our VRBO stays. She went above and beyond to be responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We would love to stay here again!

Judy’s poolhouse is incredibly comfortable, super clean, spacious, and just the perfect spot for a family looking for a relaxing, fun time in TCI. The deck extending over the pool is nothing short of blissful and the home is just steps away from the beach - with the bight reef immediately in front, for snorkeling fans. On top of all the amenities, the modern setup, and the phenomenal, quiet location, Judy is the most exceptional host on the planet! She was always looking out for us, giving us great tips about the island (Mr Groupers and Cocovan are fantastic!), and making sure we had a great stay. We also had some hiccups with our flights back and she went above and beyond to help. She’s family to us now!

Perfect trip to TCI
Ideal property for a family with kids. Private, with a lovely pool, yet a very short walk to Grace Bay. We bought groceries and cooked most of our breakfasts and dinners at the house, but toured the wonderful local restaurants for lunches. If you have a car everything you need is a short distance away. Judy and her assistant Kenneta are kind, generous and always available for any need or question. It was our third trip to TCI, but they helped us to discover new restaurants and things to do. They definitely helped to make our trip even more special. Our family has always loved Provo, but finding this gem of a house made it's perfect. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you Judy!!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!
Judy’s place was so incredible. I have so many nice things to say, that I don’t know where to start. The location is perfect. It is close to the grocer, to the shops at Grace Bay, Da Conch Shack, etc. The home is beautiful - even prettier in person. It is clean, well stocked. We had two kids with us and cooked most meals at home. We had everything we needed. The pool was a perk, and the kids loved it! It’s a very short walk to the beach. Judy had tons of helpful things for our family to support our beach outings. And finally, Judy herself…what a gem! She’s the nicest host of any place I’ve ever stayed. She genuinely wanted us to have a great time and went out of her way to ensure that our family was content. She is amazing. I usually worry about places to stay and spend days researching the internet to find it. This place is “it.” It is perfect, and Judy is just as perfect. Thanks for all the good memories!

Absolute Perfection
The Pool House by the Sea couldn't be a more perfect place to stay when visiting TCI, and Judy couldn't be a more lovely and gracious host. It's a wonderful place for families. We embarrassingly probably spent more time in the incredible pool with our little ones then at the beach itself (which is literally a 2 minute walk down the street). Location was great and super central. We rented a car and adventured out most days for kayaking, boat trips, and local restaurants. There's also a large IGA grocery store close by to stock up on whatever you may need and most importantly enjoy the BBQ in the back garden. The place is beautifully landscaped, and the interior is brand new. Seriously, look no further and book now! And then, give Judy a big hug from us when you stay :)

Peaceful tranquility a perfect place to relax and chill out. Conveniently located near the beach
My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owner was very attentive and conscientious to our every need. We thought the property was perfect and exactly as described. The property is immaculately clean , a well equipped kitchen and ideal should you wish to cook. The pool and patio area offers nice shade and a delightful breeze that creates out door comfort. Two good sized en-suite bedrooms with beautiful linen and high quality towels. For us, it was a perfect get away.

THE BEST
The Pool House by the Beach was THE BEST experience. The property owner is LOVELY. The property is perfectly appointed, clean, bright, comfortable. Having the private pool is an enormous perk. The beach is truly a 2 minute walk. There are restaurants in walking distance. She has a water cooler!!!! In the islands, that is amazing, no water bottles. I cannot say enough good. I already booked again for later in the year. LOVE LOVE LOVE

A SLICE OF HEAVEN!
If you are like me, I research for weeks and weeks to find the perfect place for my family to stay. STOP looking, you have found it! Here is why. Location, location, location. We were fortunate enough to spend 6 weeks in the Turks and Caicos at various properties, some right on the water but we loved everything about the location of this property! It is truly steps to the beautiful Grace Bay beach, Bight Reef with great snorkeling, and Somewhere Cafe with amazing nachos and fish tacos. We loved it’s central location, close to everything we could have wanted. It also was extremely safe. The property and house are beautiful and so very clean. Lush landscaping surrounding the property, beautiful pool we all enjoyed, cozy modern home, wonderful screened in porch. Honestly, the pictures don’t show all the great things that this home has to offer! The hospitality was amazing! Judy was quick to answer our inquiries and any questions we may have had. The TV in one room went out one night and by the next day, she had it replaced and ready to go even though we said that was not needed. She is extremely generous and a very thoughtful host. To sum it up, we couldn’t bare to leave this slice of heaven that we had to extend our trip! We definitely will be back!

Amazing last minute getaway!
Judy was an excellent host and accommodated us on short notice. The home had everything we needed. It is updated, clean and has a fabulous pool. It was also only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!
