It was carnival time so we heard the drums into the night, too bad we didn't go see the fun. Restaurant was beautiful and the Gin N Tonic was delicious. Only concern was our lack of language. Staff was very kind to hnot laugh at our attempts in spanush. The resort was somewhat farther than i would have liketo walk downtown.

Disappointment
Outdated resort which needs lot of maintenance. We had a huge mold on the ceiling and very humid air, but it was not possible to change the room. Photos of the resort must be at least 10 years old, because in reality everything looks much more used and older. Restaurant was extremely slow, we ordered food from "minute" list to have it as soon as possible, but we waited 50 minutes (there was only one more table with other people).

The hotel is located in the middle of a jungle reserve, please be aware of this. You are likely to find bugs, and other animals in the surrounding area, so better be prepared. WiFi did not work most of the time, and this was a major downside. The hotel is a bit far from the main town and the from the airport, so be prepared and either rent a car, or have cash for taxis, you will need them. The pool is very nice, however the bar closes early. Dining and breakfast options are limited.

It was far away from the shopping and restaurants area and the only option was to have dinner at the hotel . Tte rooms were large and beautiful sorrounded by well maintained gardens

First time in Iguazu
We were pleased with the choice of hotel. It is difficult when you’ve not been to a location to select a hotel. We were looking for a place that would be geographically convenient, clean, and sufficiently large to be known in the area. There is a hotel restaurant (a feature we wanted as our arrival was late on the first night). Food was good. This was also the location for the breakfast buffet which was good. We believe we received good value for the room rate.

The hotel is like a resort with pool and tennis courts. The room is spacious and has just been renovated. Wi-Fi in room is spotty. There are stores and a restaurant across the street.

Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities
We stayed at Pirayu for 3 nights so that we could visit the Iguazu Falls. It was a very comfortable stay - the room was large with a beautiful view over the garden and river, the bathroom extremely spacious with a fantastic shower. The bed was enormous and we slept well. The grounds are spacious with a good swimming pool, tennis courts, and small football area. There was a great range of choices at breakfast - fruits, juices, yoghurt, cold meats and cheese, toast, and cereals, as well as scrambled eggs and a toastie making machine. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main centre and is in a quiet area near the river. I was also really impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the receptionists as well. I would have loved to stay longer.

Room was really good, nice en suite, good shower. Staff friendly and helpful, good English spoken as well. A little out of town, so I ate there in evenings, food was ok, I was happy with it.

Don’t stay here - choose other hotels in IguazĂș
Very disappointed. The room was not clean and we never saw a maid except at 8 am when we were still in our room. Breakfast was not good. Things like the fruit were not fresh or appetizing. I could forgive much of this but the entire staff were so indifferent and couldn’t care less. They wouldn’t even recommend a local restaurant. Any complaints were handled with the supervisor will be in later tomorrow. Even at a nice price and a fairly large room - I would not recommend this hotel. The large shower was nice but always 2 inches of water on the floor. Stay away from this hotel. Their indifference to the tourist trade is borderline criminal.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel overall. About a 15-20 minute walk to downtown. The rooms are clean and spacious. The only thing I did not care for was the pillows.

Local Bom mas precisa melhorar muito.
Considerando dizer ser um Resort, o hotel parece estar passando por uma reestruturação, fiquei na acomodação Nova, o quarto é bom. Internet não tem nos quartos, só na recepção e piscina que é próximo a Recepção. Muita gente fumando na årea da piscina que fica insuportåvel para quem não gosta, além de que deixam cinzas se cigarro por tudo. Restaurante mediano. Café da manhã båsico não condiz com o Hotel. Muito silencioso e bem localizado.

La habitaciĂłn se encontraba en malas condiciones , las puertas del baño no cerraban bien, duramos 10min para poder entrar por que la cerradura de la puerta no lo permitĂ­a estaba en malas condiciones. Al bañarse se sale el agua de la ducha y ademĂĄs el agua no salĂ­a lo suficientemente caliente, no habĂ­an toallas para bañarse en la habitaciĂłn , tuvimos que salir a buscarlas a las 6am, y en general la habitaciĂłn que era una “suite” tiene una condiciĂłn desactualizada y vieja ya que se ve sin pintar en otras palabras descuidada completamente, por dicha fueron 7 h las que tuvimos que quedarnos y la hora de llegada y salida no permitĂ­a trasladarse a otro hotel, por que sinceramente no daban ganas de estar ahĂ­.

Fue muy caro para lo que fue. Las camas son muy pequeñas, en 2 de 4 ocasiones no hubo agua caliente, no había siquiera una silla en el cuarto, ni una botella de agua (aunque hubiera que pagarla), hacía bastante calor y el aire estå en un extremo del cuarto y fijado a 25 grados. El desayuno estaba bien, aunque unos días antes me escribieron que las bebidas tendría que pagarlas aparte (afortunadamente si hubo jugo, agua y café incluido). La vista si es linda, pero había unas cubetas y desperdicio que lo afearon. La gente si que es amable y servicial. Aunque estå ubicado fuera del centro, en la esquina pasa el bus a las cataratas y el hito de las tres fronteras estå caminando

Excelente atendimento, da recepção ao serviço de quarto, café da manhã e transfer. Agradecimentos especiais ao Matias, que nos recebeu na front desk. Quarto delicioso, com cama idem. Melhor hotel de nossa viagem entre Foz do Iguaçu e Bariloche.
