Wanting a beautiful ocean front getaway? This rental is a 1 Bedroom,1 Bath condo on the second floor of the Sonoran Sea Resort. Nicely located on the end of the complex complete with front and side balconies. Ideally located one floor from the restaurant, across from the gym, and right in front of the swimming pools (1 heated year round), hot tubs, and swim-up bar area. The beach is just steps away.

Comfortable Stay
We enjoyed our stay here very much. The condo was just as expected, very clean and the plumbing worked well - which is not always the case at Sonoran Sea. Check-in was rough. Too many people arriving at the same time without enough people working the front desk. We were happy that the pool was heated this time but they really should heat the kids' pool as well so there are not so MANY children (and their pool toys) in the swim-up bar pool splashing adults and their beverages. Because of the blustery weather we stayed in one night and got pizza from the restaurant downstairs - we were pleasantly surprised that it was very good. All in all a great place to stay when at Sandy Beach.

We love the location .
This unit is on the 2nd floor .We have a stairway down to the ground level , which gives real easy access to the pool area . The unit is well equipped . Good TV and Internet .The pool area it is so nice to have a heated pool at 92 F. No problem getting . If you like a cooler pool they have that right beside the heated one . Attendents in pool area are very friendly . People in the swim up bar are very good with a smile as they serve you .

Great Property and Location!
I’ve stayed at this property on several occasions especially for Roger Clyne events since the venue is in walking distance. It’s a great location on the beach, good food and bars all with in walking and of course the concert venue. The unit is on the second floor. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool area with a good balcony for watching the sunset. It’s a comfy unit for a couple. Everything was very clean, well stocked and ready with the exception of the water heater but the property maintenance fixed that very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this property and unit as a great place to stay in Puerto Peñasco!

I Would Stay Here Again
We had a great time in RP, as always. This was our first time at this property. Was it perfect? What is. Everyone was friendly, we were safe, we were comfortable (not even divots in the bed) the location was just where we wanted to be and there is a toaster in the pantry, most excellent! And, that I will return means a lot. We enjoyed the heated pool (in November) and it was nice to have the restaurants right out front when we didn't want to go to town.

The condo was nice and cozy. While it is on the older side, the owner was very clear and set the right expectations. The condo was perfect for our family of four and everyone had a blast. The owner reached out to me a couple days before to make sure I knew how to get there and to help answer any questions. Our overall experience was great and we will stay here again!.

Fabulous location on Sandy Beach. Clean condo, well equipped kitchen, reliable WiFi, comfortable bed, easy access to the pools and beach. AC. Nice gym, restaurant, convenience store in complex. Owner is communicative. Bring your own towels for the pool and beach and beach chairs/blankets if you want them.

Loved Every Minute!
Beautiful resort with friendly and helpful staff, great pools and hot tub, magnificent views! The unit is located on the second floor, right near the stairs that lead to the pools, beach, restaurant and parking. SO convenient! Great people watching from the patio, and incredible ocean views. There are extensive differences between high and low tide, and you can literally see the tide rolling in and out. Very walkable beach - collected tons of beautiful shells. Vendors on the beach are a bit of a pain, but a courteous "no, gracias!" sends them on their way. Be nice - they're just trying to make a living! My wife got a great massage on the beach for a reasonable price. The resort restaurant isn't particularly pretty, and could benefit from some outdoor seating, but the food and service are excellent. Ok, there's the overall highlights, now a few comments about the actual rental. Very easy process, the owner is super-responsive and provided lots of great details. The decor is a bit dated, but very well-kept and spotless! We didn't do much cooking, but the appliances seemed nice and there was a good selection of utensils and dishes. Good internet connection, and large TVs w/DirectTV in the living area and the bedroom. Absolutely loved our stay! Not only would we defintely return, we would do our best to stay in the exact same unit!
