"We came for a Change of Command at NAS Whidbey Island and the location was perfectly located between the base and our other events. "A brand new facility minutes from Pioneer Square. Exceptionally well outfitted (toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, 2 burner induction plate, cups/glasses, silverware, etc. etc.). Small but comfy, with chair, sofa and desk / desk chair, so possible to work or just relax. The bed in my unit was up on a loft and required going up a fairly straight up metal ladder of 5 steps.
