Great services
Services were perfect. I waited for 20 minutes at 0520 and staff opened the locked gate. Some staff do not speak English but were friendly. The bed is soso with hair on it. Hot water pressure was terribly small until my midway shower on the second night.

Hosts are very friendly, accommodating of additional requests and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable and well appointed. There are nice common areas for sitting and the included breakfast Is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, beds soft and coverings warm. We had no issue staying comfortable even in the winter. There is plenty of hot water and included hair dryer - nice touches while travelling. We were there as a family of 4 and are actually going back again!

Very friendly staff who are happy to help. Breakfast starts at6am which is great for people with an early start.

very nice hotel. Clean, friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast served early, at 6 a.m.. Good shower, good water pressure and hot water. Not in the very center. I recommend it.

A good overnight hotel
We stayed one night on the way to la Paz. The staff were friendly and the location was central enough to walk to the main square. We had an enjoyable time there despite having a short stay.

Good place to stay.
Staff was great. One of our party suffered from altitude sickness and the staff was very attentive. Rooms were clean and large. Beds were comfortable. Good place to stay.

An oasis in Puno. Good breakfast buffet. Hot water takes awhile but plenty of it. Helpful staff. Spotty WiFi only complaint

Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater. No elevator.

Confortável e bem localizado
Quarto com uma excelente limpeza e confortável. Havia aquecedor, o que foi ótimo para passar uma noite tranquila. Café da manhã bem gostoso, atendentes simpáticos e cordiais. Próximo ao centro, íamos a pé para qualquer lugar.
