“Hotel has great potential, but is very poorly managed. This is a very expensive hotel and does not provide a service in line with what is charged.
The beach is gourgeous, but full with plastic waste that comes from the sea. All neighboring hotels and restaurants clean their beaches, this one does not.

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. Our room was less than 100 steps to the shore and we could hear the ocean waves from our room which was so lovely. It was also close enough to the "strip" where there were many restaurants and clubs, but it was far enough away that it was quiet at night time. Coco is also about 3 minutes walk away from a GoMart where you can get snacks and drinks for a fair price.

“We had an amazing stay at Mia Tulum! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Francisco, Anna, Carlos, and Antonio—each of them went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.
Our room was consistently spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority throughout the property. The amenities were well-maintained, and even the shared spaces and restrooms were always very clean, which we really appreciated.
