Excellent service and gorgeous location. They set us up with bikes for easy transportation, helped us book a return car to the airport, and also had breakfast and took our order the night before so we can have it quickly in the AM because we were leaving early. Great service!

My stay at Alaya Tulum was absolutely beautiful. The entire experience felt peaceful, tranquil, and intentionally curated for relaxation. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and helpful from beginning to end, and the hospitality truly stood out. Room service was amazing, and they consistently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful birthday touches — the champagne and cake made my celebration feel extra special. If you’re looking for a place with calming vibes, excellent service, and a memorable experience in Tulum, I highly recommend Alaya. I would definitely return.
