This is the place if you want to unwind and unplug. We would consider it a luxury accommodation. Many places on property were private, encouraging romance and intimacy. We especially enjoyed the restaurant staff, a few shout outs to Milo, Mario and Leo for excellent service and conversation. Transportation can be an issue but concierge was very helpful. We enjoyed the hotel/resort. Nothing but other hotels within 10 minute walking distance. We appreciated that the property looks just like the online pictures.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff, our room, balcony was beautiful, food was great. There is a pharmacy literally across the street from the hotel just in case you need it and you can walk to many stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Ma’Xanab!! We came for our honeymoon & the staff was incredibly attentive & always willing to answer any questions we had. The breakfast was free & just exquisite. This hotel is walking distance to the beach & nearby shops. Special shoutout to Alejandra (front desk) and Jose from the restaurant!

The rooms were clean and beautiful, the design was very Zen and comfortable, everything we needed was there and the staff were ready to help at a moments notice, the food was incredible, with so many options, and service so fast, the beach and sand was awesome although we were there in the seaweed season, the heated plunge pool in our balcony was wonderful, and the location was perfect

This is the second time we are here. I love the the building style, feels like very natural and sleep in the trees. Access to the beach is nice, it is great to enjoy some night breeze by the beach. The breakfast is delicious!

The location is very convenient for restaurants and shopping, the restaurant at the Ma’Xanab is excellent as well! The beach and atmosphere of the hotel are one of a kind! The rooms are just perfect with a warm private pool and a great bed and shower, our view of the sunrise over the sea was beautiful! The staff one and all love them! Timothy and Kim Tufts!
