We have stayed at this property 5 times! It is beautiful—the ocean swimming and snorkeling are excellent. The infinity pool with view is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Our ocean view room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rain shower was great. The linens and paper products were first class. We would stay here again. However, we did have some disappointments this trip—our room was not ready at check in and was not ready even after the promised time. We were compensated $50 for the inconvenience. The double paned windows to the beach view had lost the sealant and were cloudy. Our fault for not complaining right away and asking for a different room. The service at the restaurants and the beach was inconsistent—some workers were friendly and wonderful, but others were lackadaisical.

It did not really feel like an all inclusive. You had to work to find bartenders and it was not 24 hour service. Property and rooms are old, but clean. Breakfast was OK, lunch buffet was very poor, dinner was OK. It is definitely a hotel set up for scuba divers. If you are not diving, I would not recommend this hotel.
