Our room was amazing we paid for a garden view but could see part of the ocean and hear it at night. Loved it
The hotel and property is located very conveniently and the rooms are species and comfortable. There is no window in the bathroom so if you leave the door open the room can not cool off and it feels hot the whole time. The service and the breakfast in the restaurant were very disappointing. We were waiting an hour and a half sometimes for someone to bring our coffee. Unfriendly restaurant staff. They need serious training. Front desk personal is great!
I wanted to write a thorough positive review for this hotel because our 4 days 3 nights here was an experience we did not expect. We have nothing but great things to say about the staff. From the front desk to the servers we were always greeted with a warm welcome.
The garden view room we received was very clean and just what we needed. The mattress was extremely comfortable (to our standards) and the room was spacious for two. The location is at the beginning of the hotel zone which was ideal for us as we felt it was a quiet and relaxing place to stay. And it was so easy to ride our bikes around the area and into the city.
You know that the staff is working extremely hard to accommodate and ensure that people are enjoying their stay at the hotel. The breakfast was flavourful and consistent every morning. Their cantaloupe juice is a must if its an option.
We had dinner once the first night and I really enjoyed their fish tacos. And we always tried to take advantage of their happy hours when we could.
We were out exploring the area most of the time but always looked forward to coming back to the hotel to relax and enjoy the beach. That to me says a lot.
I would highly recommend staying here.
The staff are extremely nice and accommodating.
We had to leave early morning to catch our flight, and they offered to provide a packed meal for the journey.
One quirk is the toilet paper has to be placed in the bin, which requires a small learning curve, but wasn't a biggie for us.
Would definitely book again when we go back to Tulum.
This is not a luxury hotel, like the website says it is. I would say it’s a 3 star at best. The front desk staff were very nice and they did accommodate the best they could for the things that went wrong. But the value of what I paid $1550 US for 6 days does not measure up. We had to move rooms 3x since we arrived due to broken AC while over 100 degrees outside, making it unbearable to be in the rooms let alone sleep. The service for food was awful, took over an hour to get anything you ordered and at times it was forgotten. Overall Tulum is pricier than Seattle where I live, and Seattle is a very expensive city. The cabs overcharge and everything was far away from the hotel zone on the beach.
We did not have a great experience
But maybe we were unlucky it is a nice hotel and most of the staff is superb with the exception of a couple of arrogant employees. Allan was great
Thank you
This hotel was amazing, it was quiet, it wasnt packed, it was very peaceful. The front desk agent Patricio helped us all the time and even gave us an upgrade to another room for my brothers birthday. All the employees were very helpful and accommodating to us, Breakfast was DELICIOUS. We would like to come back here
Staff was incredible! Easy to text the staff for anything needed or questions. Beach club was nice to have for convenience, breakfast was a nice bonus. Comes with free iced lattes upon request. Rooms were very cute
