“This precious property is located directly on the river and you can hear the waterfalls from the bedroom windows! The sweet sounds of the coquis are like lullabies after a day exploring this treasure. Will stay again.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests.

I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed.
It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous……

“The property was as described. The space was clean and smelled good.. Although the couch was full of stains already which with proper communication was dealt with. To avoid the property charging me for that. The outside of the property needed maintenance; however that was done on the 4th day of my stay. I did have an issue with the bathroom not sure exactly what but I did come back to the room being flooded and I had to use the towels provided to attempt to dry it as there was no mop bucket but……
