Clean and Convenient
We enjoyed our time here. Adam is very responsive. Although the listing indicates a "kitchen," you should know that the sink and stove-top are located outdoors and are uncovered. So if it rains, you're out of luck. Same with the outdoor sitting area, which is situated under nice, festive lights that are attached, unfortunately, to an overhead design that does not keep out the rain.

Great place near where we wanted to go for the weekend
This is a beautiful little place. It is just as described with the pictures online. Perfect for just a couple or very small family. We absolutely loved the backyard. The owner, Adam, was quick replying back to us whenever I had questions. Gave us a bunch of yummy recommendations for places to eat including links to those places. He also provided very detailed information on how to get here. House is located inside a gated community very quiet and pretty little homes. We were all very impressed and happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again if I come near this area in the future. Highly recommend

Adam is an excellent host. He is very attentive and approachable. The facilities are in good shape. We were very comfortable the whole stay. I recommend staying in this apartment.

Great stay
The property was great; clean, cute backyard, safe location, and easy dealing with host. Adam was fast to respond and very keen to take good care of us. The kitchen area is very small; it has a mini fridge and only a hot plate & microwave. I wouldn't plan on doing much cooking. The outside grill area has a sink but there's no kitchen sink. The address listed on VRBO did not bring us to the correct location; get the address from the host. The property lists a location of a 3 min walk to the malecon but it's longer than that-- more accurate to say 5 min drive and maybe 25 min walk. It was fun to try out different restaurants every night. The owners of Super Benjy's were so nice- we look forward to going back. The locals were so kind and welcoming. It was a great experience.

Live like a local
Perfect location, very welcoming guest home and fantastic host. Spacious and private as advertised. Beach, forest and local attractions all close by. This is not a tourist trap, it’s a small friendly community that we truly enjoyed.

Great stay good location
Adam was a wonderful host. Patio was great, quit and beautiful. Adam treated us better than our own relatives! 20 minutes from Ceiba ferry, 15 minutes from Humacao for large box store grocery like walmart and Ralphs. Great restaurants within 15-20 minutes and 5 minutes to Naguabo beach and good restaurants . El Maketa had great seafood. Beds were very comforable. Even though space was small we spent most of our time on the patio. Adam was a perfect host and speaks english well.i d go back in a minute to stsy there. Quiet, secure gated community.

Perfect place and location
We'd definitely stay here again! It was an easy drive from San Juan. The pictures are accurate and it's nicely appointed. It's private and situated in the back of the main house with a side entrance and nice patio area. You could have kids or someone else stay in the 2nd bedroom so long as you don't mind them coming down the connected hallway for the bathroom. Very clean. The owner greated us as we arrived to show us around and make sure everything was okay and give some restaurant suggestions. Very welcoming and friendly. This is about 20 minutes to the ferry or other boat tours if you're thinking of going over to Vieques which we did. Close to some beaches. Great views. Quiet and very clean neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

Serene Private Hideaway
Everything was completed accurate per the listing. After we'd arrived, Adam was very helpful! He got in touch with me, personally, and gave us a list of places to visit--including google map directions. The property is enclosed in a larger gated community which we rather liked. The bed is huge, and very comfortable! Overall, 10/10...would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.

Perfect Place
Our experience was excellent. Adam is a wonderful host. Place was clean, A/C worked very good, space was perfect. Close to “El Malecon” (2 mnts) where you can enjoy food with a great view. Also close to other vacation spots like Palmas del Mar, Fajardo, Luquillo and also where you can take the ferry to Vieques and Culebra.

Perfect peaceful and comfortable retreat
Adam and his wife are gracious hosts. They stay out of the way, but are there at your disposition. I was looking for a quiet spot and this was the perfect location in a gated community. I felt like I stayed at a give star suite. It’s a 3 minute drive to the beach and restaurants.

Quiet and private oasis
Fist time to Puerto Rico, Vieques and Culebra and we loved our places to stay! Naguabo was a great location to ferry ( we Ubered the entire time) and we enjoyed our host and and friendly residents. Our apartment was beautiful and cozy and all of our needs were exceeded! Our host was gracious enough to even drive us into town so we could grab some dinner!! Thank you Adam!! We were able to walk back, but do so during daylight hours because part of the sidewalk from town is overgrown. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

10 star reviews!! Cannot say enough positive reviews about the host and this location. Great location, excellent accommodations, amazing host. The garden suite is incredible, modern, clean with a breathtaking outdoor patio garden and outdoor kitchen. The place was beautifully decorated, provided everything you needed for your stay-towels, shampoo, coffee maker, mini fridge, hair dryer, ice machine, outdoor kitchen, 2 TVs, private outdoor garden patio oasis, comfortable beds, waterfall shower, etc. Attention to detail, charm and luxury accommodations. The host Adam was extremely accommodating, welcoming and attentive. Adam Treated you like family from the moment you stepped on the property. He contacted you ahead of time to discuss check in, accommodations and to assist you in your stay. He went out of his way to obtain a birthday cake for my daughter to help celebrate her special occasion. When our rental car company failed to provide a car even with a reservation, Adam went out of his way assisting us by securing a rental from another company. He drove us to rental car place and saved our vacation. Close to highway, El Yunque national forest and Ceiba airport. Excellent customer service, incredible accommodations, highly recommended! Looking forward to going back.
