“Beautiful ”

“We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos. ”

“L'appartement est très bien, très propre et spacieux. Bien placé pour se balader à pied dans playa del carmen. La plage est accessible aussi à pied. A savoir, la piscine est toujours à l'ombre car elle est comme une rivière au milieu des 2 batiments principaux. Seul bémol est à l'arrivée, l'adresse de la réception n'est indiquée nulle part, j'ai mis 30 min à la trouver le soir à 21h. Le gardien de nuit a fini par m'accompagner.”

“The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again.”

“We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws.”

“PH de 3 recámaras con Roof top. Estupendo para pasar en familia, la cocina y la terraza tiene todo para hacer carnes asadas y cocinar tranquilamente incluye garrafones de agua y todo el personal muy atento. Lástima del sargazo pero fuera eso es un lugar espectacular.”

“What a wonderful stay! The bathrooms are exquisite, and our suite had an amazing soaker tub. The rooftop is quiet and beautiful. Staff are all amazing, accommodating and friendly. We were able to use a beach hotel which was a hugeee plus! We were even able to pay 160 pesos to keep.our room until 1pm which was great for being ble to go to the beach and come shower after before our flight. The hotel is dimly lit and very romantic for couples. Can't wait to come back to Marquee as soon as possible……

“The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. ”

“Nice clean property with comfy beds, got kept up until the early hours even with ear plugs in though due to nearby noise. We live above 2 train lines at home so I’m used to noise! ”
