“Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel.”

“Gorgeous boutique hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed too. The only thing to be aware of is that parking is NOT $5 as told. After taxes and fees, parking is $13 a night.”

“Breakfast was good and everything was clean”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“I loved the room and the property. I was only disappointed because they charged $15 to park. That extra fee was not mentioned anywhere and the front desk person never said anything about charging to park. That is a poor way to charge more than what it states originally.”

“It was a short overnight stay d/t flight changes. Location plus 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport was so convenient. Didnt get the chance to use the amenities and take the free bfast. Overall hotel location, staff customer service, room cleanliness, bed and pillows, very good. Only one issue, purchased the same Items in the snack bar from 2 different people, at separate times, was surprised I was given different prices. The cash payment is almost $3 more than the card payment prior……

“Worst stay ever. 1. AC - did not work (it is old like form 90ties) did not keep temperature at the range. 2. There was no hot water at all! Cold icing shower at the morning. 3. Bedding is for cows, not for people! 1) Blanket from the material my grandma used to wipe cows before milking, terrible for the skin. 2) pillows were compressed and had, you could brake the neck on it. “The staff were so friendly, and the location was perfect as well, only 10 mins walk to the lakeside. But the pity thing is they dont privde breakfast ”
