Room was clean and staff was friendly. Black out curtains were not great and didn’t block out bright light outside. Had to ask front desk for hair dryer and iron and had to go get it myself just after I had showered. TV didn’t work - kept giving error signal. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was across the street from the annual lobster fest venue. We had a superb view of the harbor from our balcony. The elevator was fast and convenient. The gift shop and lobby were very nice and the breakfast options ( for a cost) was tasty and well priced. But … The bathroom had a crack in the tub right where you stand. And the sink had one as well. The AC was LOUD and sounded like it was ready to die.The mattresses were old but no too bad if you slept single. THE VIEW AND LOCATION WAS AWESOME! So close to Main St (shops) and many great restaurants. Walgreens one block away.
