“I was so disappointed in the room that I left one night early (of just two) and ate the cost. The bed was poorly supportive and uneven. Felt like a fold out or a futon even though they were two double beds. The room was dark and sorely in need of an update. There was one soft spot in the floor under the carpet that you could feel plywood flexing unsupported, right near the bathroom sink. Neither of the bathroom sink or shower had a drain stopper. One or more of the drop ceiling tiles in……

“The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!”

“Owls Head is close to Camden but like a quiet retreat location. The home is beautifully decorated and landscaped. Plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. Would definitely return.”

“Very clean and affordable. I called due to some confusion about the AC, and they were very helpful and kind. I would recommend bringing a fan if you are one who prefers to sleep with one on.”

“We enjoyed staying at this site but we had difficulty with the address. I would recommend putting the number 67 on the outside of the mud room door, which would make it much easier to find the location A member of our party had difficulty sleeping on the pull out couch and recommended a thicker mattress. We also smelled cigarettes upon entry into the building but once the door was open for a short time the smell went away. I would definitely stay at this site again when I the area.”
