We have notified the correct management to make our housekeepers aware to be more mindful of the cleaning that they do to the rooms. However, the accessible room, as stated on your Expedia reservation was booked as such, which was most likely due to that being the only available room type left and no standard rooms. This is out of our power as Expedia is a 3rd party. We wish we could have done to help you more and I hope we gave the impression of us doing our best to make your stay comfortable.
