I am a bit particular but for a Hilton affiliate, this place was sub par. I always do a look at the mattress and the area around the headboard upon arrival. There were stains on the mattress and it was pretty dirty on the platform bed near the headboard. Then there was the fact that I was in an “accessible room”; and there was a flashing light coming from a device on the ceiling (every 15 seconds), the light would flash on. It didn’t bother me until the room lights were out and then it was like green lightening strikes. I called the desk to ask and the answer was that this was standard in the “accessible” room. Whaaaaat?! And lots of people complain about it. Why is that standard? I could have moved to another room but was already in my travel sheets…yuck. Not again. You may be asking why didn’t I just change rooms when I saw the dirtiness? It was past midnight and I just couldn’t .

We have notified the correct management to make our housekeepers aware to be more mindful of the cleaning that they do to the rooms. However, the accessible room, as stated on your Expedia reservation was booked as such, which was most likely due to that being the only available room type left and no standard rooms. This is out of our power as Expedia is a 3rd party. We wish we could have done to help you more and I hope we gave the impression of us doing our best to make your stay comfortable. For any other questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.

The rooms were really small. The room wasn’t cleaned well, there was hair in the shower before we used it. There was a plastic fork left by the window. Our blinds were broken so we couldn’t shut them all the way. The batteries in our TV remote were dead when we got there.

Our air wasn't working and when we let the front desk know they sent a service guy up right away and since it was going to take time to fix they got us another room right next door so it was an easy move. Breakfast was good every morning. Very clean and welcoming hotel.

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest but everything else was great. They were short handed so there wasn’t always an attendant at the front desk but left a message about how to reach them if you need them.

Nice property. Large room, bed was comfy, Large Tv, Should be a smart tv for streaming. Front desk clerk was a snob, since when should they give advice like they know more than you. She took the wrong customer service course. It was probably named," the customer is wrong, the employee is right.."

Very disappointed!
The room was filthy! There was hair and dust everywhere and the bed platform was filthy. It appears that someone had puked and no one cleaned it up. Had on white socks and they very dirty from just walking around in the room. The sheets are questionable they had even been changed. If they had - housekeeping should have seen the mess on the platform area. Did report to the front desk and all they did is write it down and say sorry. No suggestions about changing rooms or any money compensation for the inconvenience.
Not sure what is is but was on the beds platform and under the mattress.
