“The price was right. The HVAC in the room was like sleeping with a vacuum cleaner running all night. But what really irritated me was that we got there early (after 2pm), and the staff made a big deal about trying to find us a room prior to the 3 pm check in time. Total bs. They never found a room but shortly after 3pm, several rooms were miraculously available. This has happened to us at other Comfort Suites hotels. Haven't had a problem at other hotel properties. Look, just tell your customers……
