“This place was very conveniently located with an easy walk to charming downtown Portsmouth and all its shops and restaurants. It was also located with easy access to the highway when we needed to go elsewhere. It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and suited our needs perfectly. The only downside we experienced was how close it is to the road and bridge construction going on right next to the home. While we are not late sleepers, quiet mornings were not possible with equipment……

“House was great size for us. Little confusing at first since 3 diff apartments and we rented 2nd and 3rd floor but property manager helped us. 3rd floor living area could use ac as was only room without. Overall beautiful home. Would stay here again. ”
