Unfortunately the elevator was broken and had to use the stairs to second floor. Close to I10 a lot of truck noise not bad if you keep AC fan on.

Sandwiched between freeway and a rest area for hundreds of idling semis. Why would you build here? Trucks also make noise coming and going and beeping while backing up. I also feel weird. Mold? Pet dander? ALso hard to find. Poor signage. Gross town. Barking dogs. My worst choice of new year so far. Stained towels. Gaps in door frame. Tv keeps defaulting to no reception setting. Avoid.

Dear NikolasWe thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel. If you were unhappy with your stay upon check in we would have gladly provided you with a refund. Almost all the things you are saying is false about our hotel. First of all Rayne is a great safe town, we do not expect pets, we make sure all our amenities are clean including towels. Keeping everything clean is a priority for. Of something was wrong the front desk could have made a room change. For the price that you paid we make sure the guest gets more value than paid for. To be honest this review is not fair to the hotel and our staff who make sure everything is done right for the guest.

I have nothing bad to say, it was quiet and clean. The only thing I didn’t like, which had nothing to do with the hotel, was it only had fast food restaurants nearby. You had to go to another town to get to a restaurant!

The toilet sounded like air raid horns every time you flushed the toilet. When we got to hotels the second night dead tired and dragging into rest. We came in and go up to our rooms and not one key card worked. So I had to walk all the way back down to the front desk. When I walked around the corner the clerk says, “oh, your key cards didn’t work.” Okay, so if you knew there was a problem, they should have stopped us before we went all the way to our rooms.

Good hotel for the night. After reading other reviews, was kind of on the fence, but everything was fine or better. Good water pressure, ac worked fine, tv worked. They do have more truckers than personal vehicles staying, but didn't hear anything or even interstate noise. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and sausage, and a waffle iron hot and ready, and the coffee was great.

They used a paper towel to stuff in the area where the phone connection was. The floors and rugs where so dirty if you went bare foot your feet where black.

Was supposed to be charged 123 dollars yet once i left they charged 164 dollars...the thing is that i checked in at 3pm qnd went to a restaurant to eat. My girlfriend told me to just come to her house and stay so i went back to pick him my items. I told the gentleman at desk and told to just charge me for the room anyway. I didnt expect them to overcharge me, especially since i never used anything. All i did was put my bag down and go eat. Very disappointed

Derek,We are so sorry you went through this inconvenience, however since your reservation was booked through a third party which was Expedia not through our front desk rate plan. Expedia will have to help you resolve this issue as they have control over this rate since the reservation was booked through expedia.

Property is a bit run down and the elevators were broke. The stairwell was like a sauna. The rooms were ok but more like a motel 6 without the reduced price. Convenient to I-10.

Entire place smelt like cigarette smoke and air freshener. Front desk staff hardly spoke to us and was not helpful. Very noisy as it is by the interstate. Run down and not well maintained.

It was ok for just one night. The room smelled like a wet dog, the TV didn’t work. I had to undo the cable box and plug it back in. The bed was springy and lots of traffic noise on the road side. Check in was fast.

The nonsmoking room was on a floor filled with smoking rooms, the smoke smell filled the hall & came into the room. Towels were not filled in the room & were old worn out & stained. Comforter had a hole in it & pillows smelled. Parts of walls were not finished being repainted. Not a place I’d stay again & if not prepaid non-refundable would have left.

Horrible, I will never stay here again, I should have just slept in my car, next year Ill drive the extra 40 miles in either direction to stay somewhere else. The only reason I stayed here was because of the convivence...wont make that mistake again... first off when I was checking in on that Saturday afternoon it seemed like I was inconveniencing the young man behind the counter to check in for the stay, second when you enter the building the notice at the door says "No smoking", this must be just a suggestion because this place reeks of stale Marlboro Reds and the 1970's, I even had a glass ashtray in my room like they were encouraging this type of thing, if I could have gotten a refund I would have but by the time the stench hits your nose its to late so I made the best of it, and the third thing is the towels are scratchy might as well try to dry off with a sheet of 90 grit sandpaper...yeah, wont be staying here again, but it does look nice outside but they need to clean along the fence line and fix the gardens...

I spoke with an Expedia rep the night I made this reservation about canceling because I typed the wrong date I needed may not March. The rep told me it would be taken care of but evidently it was not, I never went to the hotel because it was suppose to be cancelled so I could re book the correct date. Not the nicest of hotels. We had some stains on our blankets and the AC did not work. But it was satisfactory for the night. Oh and the gym is 3 machines, one treadmill, one bike, one elliptical type thing

You may get charged a different rate at check in
I was suppose to have a free night per my reward , as documented on my reservation when i checked in , hotels .com entered the incorrect code and i was billed for them night . I am now going to have to deal with hotels.com customer service to get a credit.
