The Hotel doesn't have a large enough parking lot. The man at the desk gave up his parking spot for me. He was great and went above and beyond for my wife and me.

Sorry to hear that you didn't like the Omelet makers or waffle makers. The everything bagels have been a big hit. Were there cereals we didn't have, or possibly yogurt flavors not available? What would you have like for the breakfast?What was the poor customer service you received with front desk staff? I want to make sure it is addressed and followed up on. As soon as I hear back from you, I can work on resolving any issues you experienced.

Good experience
Nice, clean pool and hot tub. Fluffy towels. Breakfast was available before 6am on Friday morning. Sign outside advertised a quiet building, and it seemed to be. Room itself was fairly average but it had a well stocked bathroom.

Staff was excellent, good stay. The one thing that would have made this an excellent stay would have been normal size pillows. They are using half pillows or pillows the size of throw pillows.

Housekeeping was anemic. On a 2-night visit, no one checked to see if garbage needed emptying, to replenish instant coffee, etc. There was only one bar of soap that I guess I was supposed to transfer back and forth from the shower to the bathroom sink. Manager said it was hard to get help. I've heard that all before: IF YOU PAY THEM decently, they will come! And yes, I realize this will increase the room rates--but I want my long, lost bar of soap!

I apologize for the late response. We are part of the Go Green effort and there are displays on the mirrors in the guest room which indicate that unless requested there isn't stayover service unless you are staying for multiple days. We do pay accordingly but thank you for your input. I know housekeepers are key and of utmost importance to the hotel.

Nicole,I am sorry you didn't like the hot breakfast. I have the omelets makers, waffle machines, hot cereal and cold cereal. Saturday and Sunday our breakfast attendant wasn't in and I apologize if restocking took longer. Please let me know what items you would like. I welcome and appreciate what guests say and appreciate recommendations and/or new ideas. I look forward to hearing from you.

Excellent hotel
The woman at check-in was wonderful. Very helpful. Rooms are very quiet. Water pressure and heat in the shower are excellent. Beds comfortable. Excellent hotel. We will stay there again.

Booked a suite. When we arrived there was a strong modes smell in the room. We asked to be moved. There were no other suited available. We were moved to a 2 queen bed room, which was fine, but since it was a prepaid reservation, they were unable to reimburse me the difference in cost.
