“Staying at Hines Mansion is an experience that is very different than a hotel. We have been here four times now and have LOVED the experience for different reasons each time. The historic nature and feel of the building is a huge plus for us, in addition to the nostalgia of staying there for our honeymoon 22 yrs ago. ”

“It was great quite and comfortable ”

“The room was comfortable and pretty clean. However, it had a sort of stale smell even after being cleaned each day during our stay. The shower curtain also did not close very well and the floor kept getting wet in the bathroom.”

“Wish there was an outdoor seating area or a patio to read a book or visit with friends outside. Staff was super nice! Microwave in the room would be nice too”

“The staff was very kind and helpful. However, when we entered the property, there were several buckets of dirty water with water coming from the ceiling which was not the welcome we had hoped for. During breakfast, food was not being replenish so despite going fairly early, the options were very limited.”
