The entire facility was in disrepair with leaks that required dehumidifiers on several floors, peeling paint in bathroom along with mold, upholstery filled with stains, broken decor and trim work in rooms, carpets old, dirty and stained. This felt more like a cheap motel than the Hilton brand.

I spent one night and had two rooms both rooms had mechanical and material condition issue's that seemed to be never fixed. Our carpet was wet from the AC leak along with our floor in the kitchen area. The bathroom door surrounded area was wet and unsanitary in both rooms. Quite frankly for the price we paid per night I would like to be completely refunded my money

The building is under active construction. We had all kinds of noise with hammering and sawing with equipment all over the hall. It even continued into the weekend. I have never ever had to experience this before. The hotel needs to shutdown until they are complete all of their work. It was the other floors too. I am so disappointed that this was actually allowed to happen.

Great parking, location and easy access to highway and restaurants and stores. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The front desk staff were helpful.
The property is not updated or cared for. The pullout bed had a mattress cover with crumbs or other debris. The bathroom door stuck as it opened and closed. There was almost no toilet paper on the roll when we checked in our hotel room. This was the worst kept Embassy Suites I have ever slept/stayed/been in.

Overall our stay was excellent. The location to the highway made traveling to different areas of the city convienent.That being said, there were a few minor issues.I had a hard time finding an ice machine that was working. (successful on the 3rd floor after checking the 5th and 6th) Also, the facility is showing signs of age. I will definitely consider this as my first choice for future reservations.

one elevator is as out of order and it took forever to wait for the one working elevator. Bathroom didn’t feel too clean I guess because it was older. Sink drained super slow. You have to pay $10 a day to park in their parking lot.

The bathroom is too small!!! There is entirely too much living room space and the bathroom is a cubbyhole. This hotel is quite dated. The bed was okay. The best thing about this place was the breakfast buffet. Then they have the nerve to charge $10 for parking in a PARKING LOT! Not a parking deck but a parking lot! Ridiculous!

Perhaps it was me, but I couldn't sleep very well. Barely got a couple hours. No bottled water in the room! Had to make a second trip to the desk, where they handed me a couple bottles.

The room coild have used a better cleaning. The floors.amd carpets needed cleaning. We used a clorox wipe to clean and it was full of dust and dort. The floor was very dirty.

We stayed two nights in room 427 the cooling system in the living room by the sink was leaking, woke up to water all over the floor . I called the front desk and they sent a younger gentleman and he got a bucket and towels, he cleaned it up . Then later on in the evening we came in to water leaking again from the cooling system. Definitely not good .

Unfortunately our room was dirty when we checked in. The air conditioner was spilling water onto the floor and there was a puddle of muddy water on the side of one of the beds near the wall. Due to the water issue, it smelled stale and moldy. We ended up changing rooms and the staff was pleasant.

Loved the hotel. Surrounding area is a congested and I would not feel comfortable walking around after dark. Hotel is s showing some age but it is a very nice room.

I never leave ratings or reviews. But, this property left a very bad taste with me.
Had a rather late check-in roughly around 1030-11pm.
Once my wife and I entered the room we noticed there was a pile of dirty/soaking wet tolls near the bed( 10-12 it seemed like). Once noticing this i looked around the for any other issues. Noticed there was crumbs and debris all over the couch. Noticed the bathroom had another small pike of hand towels dirty and wet in the corner behind the door.
Front desk did send someone up about 30 mins after telling them and going down in person.
There was no apologies besides the nice young gentleman that came up to remove everything.
During checkout the front desk could have cared less. During checkout I also notice there were additional charges on our invoice. When asked what these were the front desk staff could not answer me(we made no charges to the room). They did eventually remove these charges.
During this process it just seemed like I was being annoyance to the staff. When simply the property was in the wrong.
I will never stay at another hilton property after this experience.

My stay at embassy was average.
My room was freezing the 1st night and I had to call someone to fix the Heat.
The bathroom floor was not clean as there was trash pushed under the sink as to hide it instead of sweeping it up.
Kids should not be allowed outside the room unless with an adult. There were multiple kids here during my stay who ran down the halls screaming and playing at 11:30 pm at night when most of us are trying to sleep.

$10/day parking fee that was only just started March 1 is something they should remove. The room we were given was clearly smoked in prior to our arrival. When I called the desk they told me they had no other room to give us and would make sure to clean the room with a disinfectant. The next day, after our room service the room smelt the same. SMOKING in any room should not be allowed. There was a group of younger people staying in the hotel and nobody controlled them. young kids ran around the lobby, the restaurant and the halls all day and night.

Ease of parking, close to shopping and dining areas, superior full breakfast and clean comfortable rooms. Did not like that a $10/day charge has been added to the parking but understand that it is needed due to the new hotel that opened next to it.

The only problem I had was the check in was at 4:00 clock and I couldn’t check in until 6:00 because they had extended peoples checkouts which delayed cleaning and readiness of rooms .

The hotel delivered on all of the Embassy Suites signature experiences - great breakfast, easy check-in, spacious rooms with a living room that has a sofa bed along with two very comfortable beds. No complaints! The only thing was that there was some upgrades being done so some sections of the hotel were blocked off with construction signs. I am sure the improvements will be worth it.
