Property was clean and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is that they put coffee makers and microwaves in the rooms.

Was okay overall but the place is looking a little old and could use a remodel. The continental breakfast was pretty basic. Many other Hotels have a hot breakfast for the same $100 room price. But this Super 8 is the only option in Richmond Mo. So you only get what you get.

It's OK
You get what you pay for I guess. Room and Hotel was clean. Internet was very slow. The Continental breakfast was pathetic. Just cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. The room has a new rocker recliner,and the bed is very comfortable.

Rooms smelled like mildew. Everytime the AC kicked on it smelled like urine for 15 seconds. The toliet had not been cleaned and there was feces on the exterior. Black specks came out of the sinks when used. Also the smallest pillows known to mankind. King size bed with 2 half-queen sized pillows.

This property allowed me to do my business in the area with complete onvenience. The overall condition of the property was just fine, and the staff was uniformy friendly and attentive...my only "small gripe" with this property was the lack of sufficient electrical outlets in the room. Most of us travel with multiple devices which need recharging, etc., and this property is likely older and not updated in wiring.

I am not a picky person, but I DO want a nice clean, comfortable, QUIET room, and I was not disappointed. "Scott" at front desk was helpful and even helped me connect with their WiFi. My room was very nice, no MW though, and the mini-fridge froze everything in it, which to me is not a big deal. Room was clean and had a coffeemaker, which I always like. Snack machine was a bit pricey, but heck, there is a WalMart literally across the road. Within walking distance with no traffic was a KFC and Burger King. Breakfast is 7-9 AM with yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, pastries, (basically a Continental breakfast) but again, it's included in your stay! I would definitely recommend this Super 8 to anyone, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Friendly staff and helpful since a couple of toothbrushes were forgotton. Rooms were getting dated but beds were still comfortable - close to a Subway and Burger King so kids were happy
