This particular room, while checking all the boxes, definitely has a bit of "staying the night at Grandma's house) vibe. Furniture is fully functional, but could use an upgrade. Overall, would stay again for the price, but would enjoy it more with a little refresh."

"This little place is great for a couple. It’s not lakeside it’s on the other side of the road. The best part was the fast response in communication with the host and we were able to check in a little early, which was great. It has a small kitchen, which I was able to make meals in for just the two of us. The bathroom was nice with no problems. TV worked well. The bed was ok just too firm for our liking. Tahoe is cool enough no need for AC. Check out the ice cream down the road and the pizza...

"The house was very clean, a great size, nice layout and easily accessible. Really nice place to stay for a night - wish we had longer to visit. Check in was mostly easy - we were given a pin for the keypad that didn't work initially, but the host was quick to respond and helped us resolve it with a new pin to get in the house. The house has cute outdoor patio spaces and is very walkable to a lot of things nearby, like restaurants, bowling alley, grocery store, etc. I would definitely stay here...

10/10 Excellent

"I stayed in an ADA room. It had a bathtub with safety/handrails on all three walls and a full pull down bench to sit on in the tub. I would’ve preferred a walk-in shower, but this was adequate and I felt safe in the tub, especially sitting on the bench. The room was clean but it was obviously an older complex. There were some good updates like two charging ports and two electric outlets on each side of the bed. There was a wobbly little shelf over the bathroom sink, and I mentioned it to the clerk when I checked out. She was agreeable to have the maintenance people work on it. So in summary, I had two nights of a very comfortable bed with lots of places to charge my electronics. The room was warm and quiet because of a better than average (new ?) air conditioner. I had a brief but very enjoyable stay."

"Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice. I needed an after hours check in. They accommodated with my key in a lockbox. The first night was rough. The springs in the bed were worn out in the center. Felt like sleeping on the inside hinge of a book. Thankfully they were able to move me to a newer bed the next morning. Pros: Fridge and microwave, close to stores and restaurants, friendly staff, ample parking. Cons: The breakfast was sad, lamps were in various stages of disrepair, the tables outside welcome loud late night socializing, lot's of construction right in front of the hotel."
