“First of all! I'd like to thank the staff for helping out with the late check-in, the given instructions were very clear, the card key was exactly where they told me. All good.
I did the check-in the next morning and the receptionist was very professional and kind, smiling at all times, by far the best customer service ever.
The room was amazing, spacious, comfortable bed and such a convenient location.

“After having had our flight cancelled at the airport and the need to find accommodation quickly our nightmare of a day turned out to be the best aa we found what can only be discribed as a hidden gem of a boutique hotel, the Filigrane is stunning. Staff were so helpful, rooms were faultless and breakfast didnt disappoint, the best croissants we've ever tasted.
