“The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us……

“Great property! Excellent for big groups. Everything is exactly as it's described. We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. We were there in the off season, so not really any waves on the beaches. But it made for amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. Beach in front of the property is clean, not very crowded, and sandy. You have to drive to Rincon for grocery stores, restaurants, etc, but it's only about……

“The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Hot water in bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with all utensiles that you can cook your own meals ( this saves time to go out and money) can stay enjoying the pool. Area is private and quite. Walking distance to the beach if you like”

“Our family loved our time at the R House! You can't get any closer to the water, just steps from the back yard. The location was really what sold us on choosing this spot. The shallow tidal pools were perfect for our youngest kid, while the older ones enjoyed snorkeling. Other places we explored around Rincon were just a short drive away.
