“My stay at Villa Maya was wonderful. It was very easy to find the location. The check in and communication were very pleasant and easy. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were gorgeous. The breakfast was fantastic and included a wide range of options. I would absolutely recommend Villa Maya.”

Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen (kostenloses Zimmerupgrade) und uns wurde sehr vom Personal in einer Notsituation geholfen. Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige grüne Anlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet alles, was man braucht.”

“Arrivati il 30 agosto, accoglienza gentile, il personale ci annuncia un upgrade da doppia a tripla con finestra vista mare. Bene sulla carta, peccato che la realtà sia un’altra. La stanza: il letto matrimoniale non era tale, ma due materassi buttati insieme. Risultato? Una fossa in mezzo che ci ha distrutto la schiena in tre notti. Da un hotel turistico è un errore imperdonabile. Il ristorante: menù stampato su due fogli pinzati, improvvisato. Pizza con ingredienti discreti ma impasto gommoso,……

“Nice location, around 20 mins walk to Leaning Tower and train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Although the shower is a bit tricky, either too hot or too cold, the overall experience was good. ”

“It was nice. The staff was friendly, but the brochures need to be updated with the correct pricing, also it would be nice to know that they don’t provide certain spa services when you’re the only one asking for it. If I had know that and that the restaurants were closed most of the time, I probably would’ve gone where it was more consistent.”
