“I can’t say enough about this trip of a lifetime. The villa is spectacular. The staff are amazing. They planned an excellent birthday dinner in the courtyard, a cooking class and a fabulous lunch at the villa. All of the food was excellent. The property manager could not have done anything better. She made several reservations for us and even purchased a few things for my grandson to assure that his trip was special. We felt like royalty. We will be back!!”

The owner is a decorator and his home is like a showroom for his talent and taste. We even visited his design shop where we loved things everywhere we looked. “The location of this home was wonderful! We were in this property for almost three weeks so we got to know it well. “Beautiful and cosy house surrounded by old olive trees in a quiet garden. The view from the terrace reaches as far as Lucca. We enjoyed wonderful evenings here with pizza from our own pizza oven. The pool exceeded our expectations. Even in autumn, it is still very sunny until late in the afternoon and invites you to chill out. The house is stylishly furnished and very clean.”

Guiseppe the property manager was a star - he cooked for us three times and it was delicious and helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend to others but note the house is aging and needs refresh, the air conditioners did not work well, but is authentic in many ways.”

A little hard to find the first night when we arrived after dark, and you wouldn’t want to be without a car as it’s too far to walk to the village or train station.
