The staff was great, almost as soon as we checked in they offered if we needed anything to let them know. Next day of check-in I received another text to see how we were doing. That shows staff is very caring of their guests. Room was very clean with a nice balcony. “The owners were super friendly to my children. We stayed in the Sterling room which was like a library! My children enjoyed looking through the books. My only comment was we had no choices for breakfast and my kids wouldn't eat the breakfast. More for me though!”

“An hour after checking in and going to my room, I was advised that there was an additional $96 fee because my room had been changed from a king to two double beds. The king was unavailable. Felt like a down grade because it was on the first floor and could every step of the people above. Thanks to Expedia for fixing it and not making me pay the surprise charge.”
