“We enjoyed our stay! Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the person who checked us in was really friendly. The unit was great overall. There were kcups for the coffee machine, which we appreciated, and we loved the layout. The location was very close to the Sleeman Centre, which is one reason we picked it. We found there was a lot of noise from outside and people in the hallways, which made it harder for us to sleep. Our bedroom door didn't actually close, which would not have been a……

“Staff was great but the bed was too hard and the room was too warm to sleep.”

“Tiny television that couldn’t be synchronized with the service. Lag in dialogue and scenes. Patio door didn’t open and close properly. Very shabby and dark hall walls. Pothole ridden parking lot that was littered with cigarette butts in front of the rear entrance. The price was good. However I “got what I paid for” I guess… ”

“The room was very clean and comfortable. Mattress was a little too soft for my liking but that's just my preference.”

“Room was clean, staff was friendly, wifi was easy to connect to. Staff was able to accomodate changing our room to a main floor room instead of upstairs. Room was quite small compared to other rooms in this establishment we have stayed in and extra pillows would have made it much more.comfortable. The staff in the pub is excellant and service was amazing. Will continue to book, but will consider a bigger room. Was a bit pricy for the size of room we were in ”
