"5 ladies in my family stayed here for 3 nights and loved everything about this farmhouse. Every room was huge! Plenty of bathrooms and space for all of us. The kitchen had everything a person would need to prepare meals. Lots of towels too. We visited the farm and enjoyed petting the donkeys.we will definitely be back!"

"Beautiful little farmhouse with everything I needed for my visit to Townsend. Well-decorated and stocked. Loved the patio for early morning coffee, and the private river access. Very close to all that Townsend has to offer, and convenient to the National Park and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg."

"From the minute we drove up , we loved this place . So peaceful. Boho Barn is exactly like the pictures! Perfect decorated for Boho sheek ! The host made for such an easy check in , with all information in text and email . Super clean place . Warm and welcoming.The bed is so comfortable! Plenty of space ! Hot tub was great. Loved having our morning tea and coffee out on the porch . Sitting and relaxing . Our dogs loved the yard to play in . And a welcome bottle of wine and note from the host ....

"We really enjoyed staying at his property. Communication with the host was excellent. The house is just as pictured in the photos, and I think the surrounding property/grounds is even better within the photos. If you're flying into Knoxville airport, it's in a perfect location, about 23 minutes from the airport, and just a few minutes from the Smokies (maybe 15 mins). The host, Amy, is super friendly and gracious."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Price Farms. The hosts were very kind and communicative. They answered all of our questions prior to our trip and they let our kids and grandkids "play" with the animals. They even let them bottle feed calves. The home was exactly as described. If we ever need a place to stay in the area again, we will definitely stay there. Very cozy"

"The Yellow Farmhouse was a perfect place for all of our family to gather to help celebrate our daughter's graduation from UTK. It was clean, spacious enough and has the best porches to relax on. We were about 15 minutes to campus and east of UTK. The house is very clean and has a full stocked kitchen. Bonus, they had chickens and fresh eggs! Michelle is a great host and responds quickly and very helpful. We would rent again! 5 stars all around!"

"The pictures really don't do this house justice. The master bedroom / bathroom were HUGE! As well as the rest of the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved it. The location was quiet and it was refreshing to see the neighborhood kids outside playing and selling lemonade. You are outside town to have the country feel but close enough for quick travel to the stores. We would definitely stay again."
