The gym is too basic. 2 out of the 3 cardio machine did not work. More weight equipment needed and there was only one Mat. Cleaners need to do a better job cleaning the shower for new arrivals. Breakfast was decent. Chef did a good job. Cleaners was polite and friendly. Front desk needs to be friendlier.

The location of the hotel was excellent, however when it come to how clean it is, it was not. Old, AC has one setting only, bathroom water sometime smells, bathroom door doesn’t close. Overall, the hotel need renovation and maintenance. The reception service was great For parking, very hard parking unsafe very deep and steep parking ( I parked the first day then I start parking outside)

Maintenance
The hotel has many problem with maintenance and the staff is not helpful ichange my room two times first cos of fire smell and second cos of bathtub is not draining and maintenance came at midnight after i slept .

No extra bedding, safety box present but no operational details. No toilet rolls and not enough refreshments. Breakfast is not upto 4 stars standard. Location is very difficult to find without good GPS in the narrow streets.

Great value for the money, great location
The staff was very helpful. They upgraded my reservation to suite from classic twin room as there was a problem in the AC in the classic rooms area. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel... great location
The location was right in the middle of Riyadh so was definitely convenient. Walking distance to kingdom tower. Walking into the hotel was beautiful. They had flowers everywhere and it was clean. Nice seating areas. We got to our roo. And for the most part was clean except the carpet was kind of gross. Had spots everywhere. Other than that everything else in the room was clean.

Nice hotel in downtown Riyadh & very close to king
Good hotel. Spacious room with good layout.. the view was not good- (building construction in front of the hotel) The cleanness was average to good.. this is mainly because of dust in the the curtains & the carpet vacuuming

Worth the money
It was a comfortable stay. The receptionist was very polite. Breakfast was included which is a plus. Walking distance from the Kingdom Tower. Taxi cost 25 SAR at the night rate from the train station (using Careem/Uber) otherwise the taxi guys at the station will have you for dinner. If the hotel prices stay competitive, I would use it again.

The room needs spot painting, the floor in the shower need attention, bad stains or dirty. The bottom of the shower door seal has mildew needs replacement. Another big problem is the smoking in the lobby and assignment of NO SMOKING ROOMS. Need real no smoking rooms

Pleasant Stay
It was a pleasant stay, except for the AC which was not cooling the room even after running for hours.However, hotel transferred to another room but it was a smaller one, without a bath tub.I don't want to ask for it because AC in the room was working fine.

we got a deal from expedia and i thought it was a great deal. we booked for a classic room and upon check-in, the guy at the reception upgraded our room into a superior room. i was happy about it. but when i saw the room, it's not as clean as expected. it's like they have fixed something and forgot to clean after. the linens are old and also the towels.

My experience of staying with them was awesome. Fahad at reception was very friendly and supportive. Bed was very comfortable and ac was in a perfect condition which makes my trip superb. I enjoyed my stay and hope to visit them soon. Highly recommended for couples, families, and business community.

The stuff were not have any experience at all. They even made a big mistake when I gave them my ID to check-in and they put me in another guest room.
