I WOULD NOT COME BACK IF YOU PAID ME. LEFT AFTER V1 NIGHT EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR 5. ASKED FOR NO REFUND JUST LET ME GO.THE TV AC OR PHONE DID NOT WORK .THE CASINO WAS LIKE A BAD DREAM ONLY 5 TABLES OPEN. WHAT A MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION.

My only problem was at around 10pm there were younger people all over the bar area around video poker machines that were yelling and screaming drunk and carring on for so long that it ran alot of people away including myself. Gave me such a headache that i had to go to my hotel room and lye down.

Hotel personnel very friendly and helpful.The food at the limited dining at Hollywood Hotel was very good.Tunica area has some area hotel casinos closed and abandoned looking eire.The town Tunica does have a Nice Churches Chicken,Sonic and Wendy’s in the area.Casinos on weekends have their main restaurants open,not during week.

I checked the web page to find out if restaurants were open. The Main restaurant was opened per the web page. We got there last night and nothing open but a fast food of barbeque, Cajun chicken, hamburger, hot dogs and fries. So disappointing. Staff unable to tell us of other restaurants. No one seemed to care. We went 7 miles down the road to a Mexican restaurant. When we checked in no one outside. They had a sign up to ding the bell. What type of casino is this? Vegas or Cherokee is not like this. Our room said nonsmoking but smelled like smoke. I came this hotel in 2001 and thought it was wonderful. . Poor customer service.

The friendly and so very accommodating staff. I have traveled many many miles in my 82 years and never have I found and more family like staff who anticipated my every need. Your trainers are to be congratulated. Denise on the front desk was a true love.

the furniture was dirty and outdated. the floors was dirty. very low lighting in bathroom. the place is outdated. The receptionist at the hotel check in was very rude and not helpful. Would not provide the rooms that we reserved and paid for in advanced. We will never stay there AGAIN. We will not use expedia ever again.

Overall stay was decent but the hot tub has been out of service for a whileeeee. Also they add extra fees when you check in , you get only $50 of that back. When gambling there’s literally no one to offer drinks but if you go to the bar you gotta pay for a drink.

We loved the new mattress. Slept amazing on it. Staff not said my request to be close to elevator wasn't on my reservation. Explained my husband had hip replacement surgery. Apparently not one close. Because we were on the opposite end of building furthest away from elevator. Our card key stopped working. Both cards. My husbands card stayed in his wallet in card holder as front desk said it was because we had them near our phone. Which wasn't the situation. They also took a very long time to find us the the system. Even after room number and both our id's. Front reservation staff not friendly at all

Our room was nice and it was clean, smelled a little smoky, but not terrible. The phone in the second room we had was broken, so I tried to call housekeeping for towels, no answer. Called front desk and they took care of it. Seemed short staffed for the front desk, had to wait quite some time to check in and then another time when I needed something, but very good service once I was helped. Tammy at the front desk was amazing! Casino was great. Bartender, didn't get his name, but young man working Thu, 2/29 was very friendly and helpful. Disappointed that there weren't more of the bars open for dining. Had two guests that were not 21 and was hoping to just eat at one of bars for a good bar burger, didn't really want restaurant food which seemed pretty pricey. Ended up driving into town for Sonics. Disappointed that the pool was VERY cold and the hot tub was not functional, but overall a good hotel, would come and stay again if I am ever in the area.

The hotel was nice, beds were nice, every worker was nice that we bumped into. The only thing that I don’t like is there’s not servers that will come by when ur in the casino part when ur playing. Overall the visit was great.

The parking lot is clean and lit quite well. We felt safe entering and the staff was very nice and pleasant upon check-in. My husband needs to have extra pillows for sleeping and they had them brought up immediately. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. We will be back.

The property had lots to see inside. The staff was very cordial and friendly. They had restaurants with plenty of variety. The room sink was very big. The water was always hot. We had a nice view of the indoor pool. Overall a great experience.

Our room was fine, but the fridge didn’t work. Our friends room- their shower water wouldn’t heat and there was mold all in the shower tiles. The bed was super comfy.
