"The cottage is quaint and we loved the décor. The owners were very responsive and helpful when a some problem occurred. It was fixed quickly and the weekend ended with a wonderful time spent celebrating a 70th birthday with family. "We had such a pleasant stay! The cottage is comfortable, clean and cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with spices! The view from the deck is spectacular. Really enjoyed sitting by the gas fire pit. "The Hyatt Regency Rochester was a very good place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the amenities, including the pool and fitness club were great. It was very nice having a Starbucks and Morton's Steakhouse in the hotel.
